There should be thermite bomb with the pacific standard heist right ? replaced with sticky bomb.

 

Yet we've seen the thermite charge in that planning board pic - and that one above doesn't show the hazmat gear, either.

 

Perhaps it means there's a choice of a 'smart' method, and a 'loud' one, similar to single-player - for example, the 'smart' approach would be using thermite on the vault door, and going in disguised in hazmat suits, while the 'loud' approach would be more direct, doing it as a straightforward hostage situation in masks, and just blowing the door with explosives.

 

That, and there's still a screenshot where the team looks like it went in using cop disguises, but then blew cover, went straight for the hostage approach in pig masks, and you can see a guy planting the thermite charge:

 

 

 

So maybe rather than having two distinct approaches you have to stick to, there's a degree of flexibility to how you handle it, in terms of staying incognito for as long as possible, using disguises simply to get in quickly, or just using brute force.

 

(see also, the Humane Labs bit when the EMP gets delivered - if you choose to get out using a Humane Labs van, you can sneak out undetected, whereas if you steal something more obvious, your cover is blown and you have to deal with the consequences)

Yeah, you have to be lvl 12, and own a high end apt. Then you get a call from Lester.

Remember how, once you get a high enough rank, you get a call to meet him and a big 'L' appears on the map to go to his place?

 

Probably the same again - once the update's installed, you start up GTAO, and after a while, the phone'll ring (same as how sometimes you'll start, and after a minute, Simeon'll text you with the Import/Export list).

That is what I'm thinking for all of them. The Dingy is used in the air craft carrier heist and the trash truck is used when you dress up as public services workers.
