Lester and Martin are the obvious answers, but I really like the thug-life Gerald missions. Plus since they overhauled the payout system, you can make $15000+ per Balla slaughter session.

I've always liked the longer missions even before they balanced the payouts because no one wanted to play The Los Santos Connection over Rooftop Rumble.

 

To name a few: Docks to Stocks, Docks to Stocks II, American Exports, Satellite Communication, Pickup Sticks. I forget the name of a 6 player one where you have to take planes from Sandy Shores Airport and land them in the docks in the city...

Well IMO its my wife, its why I married her.

In that case IMO Lester and Trevor give the most 'interesting' jobs, but Lester and Martin pay the best so since Lester fits both bills I guess Lester, nit to mention he gives us Assassination, and most likely will assign us the Heists, hopefully soon.

Martin Madrazo gives out a lot of varied missions that are very enjoyable. He does not have a limiting shtick like Simeon or Gerald. Some missions are on the long-ish side of the spectrum but still pretty fun ("The Los Santos Connection", "Show Me the Monet", "Stick Up The Stickup Crew" etc.) while others are quick and easy, especially with a Buzzard ("Cleaning the Cat House", "Trash Talk", "Mixed Up with Coke" etc.).

There really is something for everybody, so much so that I can forgive him for also having some of the worst missions like "Death from Above" and "Pickup Sticks".

I voted Gerald because it gives me that San Andreas feel from back in the day when missions are based in the city. But I like quite a few from different contacts. A few are Fueling the Flames, Four Trailers and the Gerald one by the strip club with the Lost (especially at night with the lights on the vehicles).

MARTIN!!! Seriously. As someone else stated he gives a good mix of difficulty amongst his jobs and some of them are genuinely fun to complete. Los Santos Connection is one of my favorites although I played with some randoms that weren't bad but we still kept failing for one reason or another. I can do the job solo I just wanted to get back to playing as a team in preparation for those things that shall not be named.

Pickup Sticks would be great if it paid 30-40 grand. I love missions with various tasks. And LS Connection is the best mission. Still, Gerald's got No Hay Bronca and Hit 'Em Up, where you wipe out the Vagos and Ballas leaders. He's like the Michael Corleone of hood gangsters.

Ugh... Clearly the person who gives that best `jobs` is that fine...fine Ho Under the bridge between the Car Wash and Simeons. She stays out later then most hos too. Hardest working Ho in the game and gives the best jobs ever...
