Anyone know where to find a bagger

Simeon text - when Simeon sends you a list of vehicles to steal by text - and you notice that one of the vehicles he is looking for is the Western Bagger - head over to a spawn point (..the Golf Course car park is my favourite) and one of the vehicles from the Simeon list will (9 times out of 10) be there - repeat process until the Western Bagger spawns

As he said, when Simeon texts you the "GET ME DA CAR SLAVE" list and the Bagger is on it, it spawns like crazy. I found it by the Burton LSC. Bagger for 2015 Virtual Bike of the Year

I've seen it spawn a few times near the mask store. I'm on 360.
