Hi! I've been trying to follow the trail to the following bug in the story mod.  I was thinking to comment this in the official webpage but the confirmation mail has not arrived yet. So, when i play the interdiction mission with Toreno everything looks normal until transcurr one hour in the game. For example, i start the mission at 19:06 and when the clock strikes 20:00 the weather changes suddenly (the images talks better than me xd) 1.png2.png

Then when i play the mission for the first time everything goes normal after i get to the top of the hill and pass the red mark. But if i retry it, the wheather changes in the same way and when i get to the top of the hill and drive throught the red mark, the screen turns black and nothing happens. If i pausse and unpausse the game, the screen continue black and only the radio continues playing. I try to use the menu displayed with ctrl + m but it does not appear, when i reload the savegame i can see the screen normal with the ctrl + m menu for a second.

 

Update:

I found that if i don't load the savegame and just close, reopen the game and load the savegame, i can pass the redmark in the top on the hill and continue with the mission. But if i reload without opening and closening, the bug appears.

In order to do that, you would need to download the RAR archive containing the required files and extract its contents into your GTA: Underground installation folder. You'll find the relevant link mentioned in the following two posts here on GTAForums (I've provided the specific excerpts with the link specifically):

Here is the interesting thing I found in Manhunt wiki
It's seems that the Hood's turf is somewhere near the Wardogs apartment

  • The ending cutscene from Divided They Fall implies the Wardogs Apartment is nearby to the 24/7 and Haarmans stores in Carcer Mark, located within Born Again.

im having a problem my game runs fine but it crashes every 15 minute or so what to i do plz i want to play it but cant play it for long.

Is it a problem related to the Underground website that I don't receive the verification email (I got to do two accounts/and it's been almost an hour) or just wait?

Snapshot 4.1.4 is now available!

We're back to deliver you a new update - Snapshot 4.1.4! This update primarily fixes some stability issues in Snapshot 4.

 

Changelog

  • Fixed invisible walls around Kenji’s Casino building in Liberty City.

  • Fixed invisible walls inside Diaz’s mansion interior (including the one near the door).

  • Removed the custom building pipeline on ab_vaultdoor given its frequent usage by server developers. This will hide vertex alphas.

  • Fixed special05 (model id 295) being defined twice in peds.ide

  • Fixed UG-MP content being loaded to a certain extent on singleplayer (when it shouldn’t have)

  • Fixed a few incorrect pedgrp.dat lines for MLL – this solves a few potential random crashes when visiting MLL

  • Updated the license plate textures again – this time the Upstate Liberty and Liberty City ones have a new look.

  • The license plate textures shipped with Snapshot 4 were still not updated on singleplayer. In Snapshot 4.1.2 they were updated on UG-MP, but we still forgot to check if they were even updated on singleplayer.

  • Updated the Belly-Up handling to be like the Mule's. This ensures one cannot flip the vehicle easily anymore.

  • Added additional LCS color scheme to lc_yakuza.

  • Added additional VCS color scheme to vc_enforcer. The VCS enforcer was painted black, while in UG it previously only spawned with a green colour scheme.

  • The letters in the lc_enforcer may now be either blue or black (chosen at random) – this is done so the lc_enforcer has both the III and LCS color schemes

  • Corrected the engine sound and color scheme for vc_fbicar.

  • Corrected engine sound of lc_phobos to sound like the Buffalo.

  • Corrected engine sound of lc_mafia to sound like the Phoenix.

  • Corrected engine sound of lcs_mafiab to sound like the Phoenix.

  • Fixed lcs_copcar not having siren lights.

  • Fixed the siren lights of the bw_firetruck.

  • Added some extra memory pool messages to encourage people to take screenshot of them (and unknowingly help us in the process)

  • Fixed a handful of incorrectly set up models etc in the III BETA multiplayer maps.

  • Fixed model ID 1 being defined twice on UG-MP

Hi Dkluin, I've been doing some research on gta sa mapping, I've found a version with all the gta vcs neon from Ash_735, which started 10 years ago and was canceled one ago; I want to import Vic's safe house located in Docks, that of Vice Point with the fair in front, as well as the road from Escobar International airport to Little Havana, as well as restore the old car shop, and the missing neons, I mean, Seeing that they were able to put the wooden bridge near the military base in Little Haiti gives me to understand that it is possible, only with dedication it is obvious, and make the map more complete, with things like the boat with neon in Little Havana, the small downtown port, the mountain that is next to Vic's safe house in Little Haiti and other ideas, just to make the map more complete, in the end you are the leader of the project, I just want to support, in fact I already tried, but I noticed that the Gta Underground .img files are protected.

I don't know how it is possible to access them to be able to edit them and of course, explain to me how to export and import the neon lights.

Correct. They are optional to reduce the size of the mod.

Hello, I am signed up on the UG website but not the discord and I am having problems with two missions that are on the bug tracker already. 

 

Supply Lines and the last test to blow up the trucks with helicopter on the flight school always crash when I land and complete them.

 

I saw Reuben-Paez tell someone we can try to pass a mission for them so they can continue the story, would it be possible to send me a discord invite to the UG page and to pass both of those missions so I can continue the story? 

 

Really love the mod and want to keep playing it, thanks for all of the hard work!

Currently Supply Lines is the only mission without a way to pass (yet) but since its an optional mission you don't need to complete it to progress the story.

As for the flying school lesson, you can pass the lesson by using the Hunter's rockets only - using the machine gun will crash your game after you complete the lesson.

There is a glitch at the Portland Auto Shop, there are too many car spawn at the same spot causing severe lag and loud explosion (looks really like junkyard)

Just wanted to drop by and say this mod is amazing lol; the new cars, weapons, even the fact that you can even play the original story alongside is just :beerhat: kudos to the UG team and contributors
