Precursors Fun World

Hello There , I finally reinstalled UG and I found out the reason of my crashes when loading games is the Project 2dfx , I downloaded 4.3 and installed the files from "Optional Mods" , when I installed the limit adjuster that came with the 2dfx it told me to install 4.0 as UG wasn't compatible with 4.3 , in the end the games crashes when loading with either 4.0 and 4.3 (I also removed the III.VC.SA Limit Adjuster that came with the 2dfx , anybody has any Idea on how to fix this? I can load games very well without 2dfx but the mod does gives night times a better feeling on the game

Hey there! Just downloaded this and it's awesome! I can't wait to explore and see what this mod has to offer. I did run into one problem though, not sure if it's a known issue or the result of something on my end: for some reason, all the cutscene dialogue seems in the wrong order. I started up a new game, and as usual CJ was at the airport, but I heard Sweet talking about how they're going after Big Smoke. Every subsequent piece of cutscene dialogue seems like it's from the other end of the game. No idea why. Any thoughts?

A SA-MP native which lets you obtain the position of the vehicle seats, petrol cap, etc for vehicles is now patched. It now also works for the vehicles which UG adds. I scripted a simple 'petrol cap shooting' feature on our testing server to demonstrate it.

Making more UG-MP progress today. Screenshots will be shared tommorow (or today, if you're a patron).

As promised, here are the UG-MP screenshots. We've pretty much finished our compability code for the SA-MP weapon-related features. The screenshots mainly show the patched 'lag compensation' (or lagcomp/bullet sync) feature, and the already shown death reasoning patches, which are demonstrated through the death and damage messages you can see in the chat.

I want to top the cake from the start and introduce one of the most annoying bugs I have fixed this month:

Those are only some snippets of the bugs I have fixed with this model. There were 15 gaps in total which were fixed around this area. More snippets of the 60+ fixes I have made in Liberty City and Vice City are soon to come!

The Truth is also making a lot of progress and is close to completing the construction site level collisions. We ended up finding a lot of additional problems on the already known ones, and he fixed most of them already in the past few days. I won't show the exact fixes in detail (as the levels are not present in singleplayer), so I will instead some generic screenshots I took yesterday.

So I managed to get the downgrader working (beat the game with it!) and now I'm trying to get UG working as well. I followed all the instructions, made sure I had no mods running (not even the downgrader ones), and for some reason I'm getting this bizarre bug. My controls are entirely out of whack. The x button and circle button are flipped for example, I have no control over the camera, I can only pause using the keyboard etc. UG cheats dont work either (I tried typing in pedspawn to change the way my character looks and no menu popped up).

 

But the weirdest thing is that when I start a new game it looks like it begins to start normally with CJ at the airport, but the audio is completely out of whack. I'm hearing CJ talking telling Sweet it's time to kill Big Smoke while CJ's at the airport in Liberty City. It's bizarre. 

 

Anyone know what's going on? This is the second time in a row I've gotten these exact same bugs after installing UG. I'm sure I must be doing something very wrong but I'm not sure what. Thanks in advance!

Quata Exceeded for update through Google Drive.I already downloaded 4.5GB but it stopped reciving data.I was very nervous because i downloaded 4.5GB spending 3 hours and if it failed......you already know how i will be very dissapointed.I will havee to start agian but now i can't even download it.From Modb it's download speed is even worse than google drive like 17 to 23 kbps.Can you remove the quata limit for some time so i can download it from google drive if it can possible if not i have to wait one day.I am a very big fan of this great mod.I am playing this since 2.2 snapshot.So please understand my problem and allow me to download this new update please thank you very much.

Sounds like a nasty steam bug. Perhaps try installing UG with a different SA version 👀

Damn. This is the only version of SA I have. Is this definitely a Steam bug? Is there no way around this? Thanks for the response!

There is actually. You can try to manually install UG by first downloading the 3.3 version of the game and then the 3.3.11 NON STANDALONE version. You can find links and instructions on the official UG discord under the #faq (pinned messages).
Though it's weird. I know that the storyline is for some reason enabled in steam version and that it's messed up but I never knew that it is THAT messed up. So you either install it manually or find another version of SA.

Implementing code to allow you to modify all additional lowriders and street racers UG offers in UG-MP. It will require patching existing scripting native as well, though.

An update on UGMP exclusive content:

 

Nearly reached 350 custom animations so far for servers to use.

These include zombie, casual, cutscene, pose and much more animation types, more are yet to be added.

Some private custom models are also being implemented as well thanks to iDrill and Dimitrix, such as weapon crates, ushanka hat, WW2 equipment, etc...

I had the same bug (my controls were fine but I had the intro bug etc) after I used the downgarader on the Steam version. I fixed it by simply using the Hoodlum US 1.0 Crack, I literally deleted the original exe from a clean San Andreas install then added the Hoodlum crack. After that I used the UG 3.3.11 Installer and it worked fine, game runs like it's supposed too, so maybe you could try that? (Unless you have already found a fix of course)

4. The fix I am most proud of for this batch: I fixed the collision of the bottom part of the roads leading to the lift bridge (on Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale) and fixed the collision of the bottom part of the lift bridge itself.
