@dkluin Uh, can we have those sick "fluffy clouds" and "rubbish on streets" features as a separate mod, please? They look sooooooooo nice!:inlove: I'd love to have them in vanilla SA:).

I won't do it as I didn't write the code. Ask The_Hero as he made the code.

I can not launch GTA UNDERGROUND after installation Can you help me? 

he informs me that:
 Fastman limit adjuster 4.3 for WIN_X86, unreleased edition ...
Fastman92 limit adjuster requires the following EXE files:
GTA III v1.0 EXE
GTA Vice city v1.0 EXE
.........

Vanilla refers to the game without any modifications installed.

 

It seems like you are completely new to this topic and you are using Google Translate.

 

Your error message mentions the .exe files required. Among the links in the first page to download this mod, there is a link for an .exe file. The person leading this project says that you need to download it.

 

The part on the long first post says "Get the HOODLUM 1.0 US crack"  where the link is located. Find it in the post linked below.

quand tu installe cette modification, tu doit avoir une copie de gta san andreas sans modifications, comme une installation frais. Et comme il a dis, tu besion de le " HOODLUM 1.0 US crack". Si tu veut installer des autres modifications, tu doit assuer que cest dans la liste des modifications compatible.

Started introducing the latest progress from the vehicle developers.

 

The LC/VC Manana and the Corpse variant all received numerous improvements.

Fixed the muzzle flash on the VC Ruger. It didn't always appear in the right place while firing.

Replaced the only postbox in Escobar International with its VC counterpart. The props are misplaced as a lot of prop positions are corrected as the game runs. I will fix this later by reversing the code which does this and making it generate corrected prop placement data. This will then go into the mod files, solving all of them in one go.

Fixed a missing road LOD on the road going south towards Kenji's Casino (previously there was a gap between the crossroad and the bridge seen on the screenshot if the camera was far enough away)

so I intsalled snapshot 3.3 and the latest patch for underground and my game keeps crashing

gonna try re install the game though since my game was not a clean copy  I had hot coffe mod and interrior mods

Started debugging the bright prop issues in LC. Haven't really gotten very far, even though LC has no amb_obj lighting (instead it uses 130% of the static ambient lighting colours).

Fixed the bug where props in LC appear brighter.

Je ne crois pas que ce soit possible, le "timecycle.dat" de GTA UNDERGROUND était modifié massivement pour avoir la météo exacte de jeux précédents GTA3 et VC, si tu remplaces ce fichier par un autre fichier timecyc.dat afin d'obtenir la résultat désirée votre jeux ne fonctionne plus, malheureusement.

(Pardonnez mon francais, je ne le peux pas parler bien)

When you get in the train (both LC and SA) there's a bug when you CANNOT get out, the train doesn't even stop.

Is anyone else having this issue?

When you guys finally add the teenagers and children to Bullworth, you guys should also add children pedestrians to the other cities. Also, you guys should make it so most buildings have those weird interiors (Like the ones in bully)where peds go in the building and despawn  (like bully), it would also be cool if cops shot and killed (or arrest if that becomes a feature) peds for starting a fight w/ the player or other peds

In simple terms, I want an expanded alarm system built over the one from Bully, the ped entrance system from Bully, and a wanted level system for all peds once children are added.
