Exactly. It wasn't breakable, the broken variant of the prop was used at all times. Now the broken variant is only used when you break the prop.

I tried opening the archvie but all i get is an error message telling me that the archive file is either in an unknown form or is destroyed.

On Saints Row 2 pedestrians have unique pinpoints where a certain ped will do a certain action at that pinpoint. Mimes do tricks with torches, and the invisble box thing. People will play instruments on the streets, people will hold pamphlits and give them out to people, bodygaurds guarded doorways, homeless are found laying on the ground or standing around a barrel of fire, peds will commit suicide (i dont mean by a glitch either), and a lot more other things- These things made the game feel more alive, maybe you could do somethings like this in Gta underground and each city and location will have unique pinpoints based on ped type and region type (region by city or countryside) they also can revolve around the time the city takes place in. I understand that you guys are working on other things, and you guys might not have the tools right now, but maybe you consider this in the future

Dev, male01 is trying to look 'hard and tuff' which is going to quicly get annoying

Does this mean something like the rigged lifeless repetitive ped placement from GTA V? Does this mean something like four Aztecas appearing on some stairway a street away from Floyd's house or a black Frogger always landing in La Puerta with four pilots and a security guard always watching from a propane tank? You better not mean the GTA V thing. In simple terms, I don't want the streets to be scripted like the police impound garages in SA, with the exception of other police impound garages.

 

I'm not harf and tough. I lose arm wrestling matches against toddlers.

 

Here is a list of more preferible suggestions in case Frank Tenpenny's answer is yes to the GTA V thing. Please note that if I say don't add it, i mean at least let us disable it on some settings file.

 

 

 


Don't give metal detectors their abilities from Vice City. If you do, use the weapon recovery system from Vice City Stories

 

Do add the weapon revovery system from Vice City Stories.

 

Let the Sprunk billboard from Reuniting the Families get repaired every while instead of permanently leaving a hole. This will allow players to smash it as much as they like. Make the wall in Big Smoke's crack palace and the LCPD jail cell be breakable and be repaired like in the previously mentioned billboard. Add a door to the crack palace so that we don't have to smash it at all unless we actually want to.

 

Improve the emergency light effect so that they look like the ones from GTA III, GTA IV and GTA CW PSP. Give us an .ini file to control as much characteristics as possible.

 

If you add planes flying in the sky, don't use the looped local flight paths from their respective games. Use new paths that link all of the airports. This includes planes flying within San Andreas.

 

Crashing an indestructible plane into a blimp still counts as dying in an explosion. Fix this and turn the blimp into an actual vehicle. The wanted level for destroying it should be earned like if any other plane or helicopter were destroyed.

 

 

Turn the Tram into an enterable vehicle without the driver's legs glitching through. Fix the collision model of freibox so that we can enter it and add couplers.

 

Let the Ambulance use the unused numbers, let the Fire Truck sometimes use the unused "Paramedic" decal, and let the Tram use the unused varying signs.

 

Use sound bank 125 from GENRL to give all trains the unused train horn and use sound bank 127 to give train crossing signals some warning sounds.

 

Added tanks explode when they touch each other. Are you ever going to fix this?

 

Don't add the feature of getting a wanted level when vehicles explode from being rammed by a player driving a Rhino.

 

Don't add the ability to lose health when bailing out of cars.

 

Do add the ability for absolutely all molotov cocktails to make vehicles that aren't fireproof and have normal health explode instantly.

 

Allow us to disable the "Male01 fix" on some settings file.

 

Let police helicopters chasing peds coexist with the ones you made fly straight. The ones that fly straight should only land on helipads and not on roads or water.

Wow, male01 your saying that realistic ped animations are 'oh no lifeless rigged pedestrains even known that frank tennpenny, that guy I hate so much for no reason what so ever, except for the fact that he's thinking of ideas that might apeal to the devs, so out of malice and jealosy, i got to make this guy look dumb by making lying posts that make 0% sense to look better than him (not that I don't make lying posts already, such as the "seaweed glitch," or saying the devs are not good enough to add ped dialogue from the respective games, even known the devs are capable of doing that obviously since they pulled vc and lll gunshot, emergency vehicle siren noises to this game.) and i know that this ped stuff that's gonna make the 3d universe u.s.a feel a bit more like a realistic country with a bit more realistic citizens, but i want to hide it" - what male01 is doing

 

My idea of lifeless is the pedestrians in the older games, except for the conversations with other peds, they just endlessly walk, and walk

 

And it wasn't the animations that made gta 5 peds suck, it was the fact that they call the cops when you are near them for too long, they had annoying and petty ped dialogue, and almost that all the ped skins looked the exact same.

Working on editing the vehicle colour selector inside tuning garages so you can select all of the vehicle colours available in UG. A scrollbar will be added to the right of the menu.

 

Number of vehicle colours in GTA:SA:

128 (256 with SA-MP 0.3.7)

Only 64 colours can be selected inside tuning garages.

 

Number of vehicle colours in GTA:UG:

263 (excluding SA-MP 0.3.7 colours)

hey Im curious if you guys could add the wtc building in liberty city, since that would be epic or even statue of liberty

also sorry for double post but great work  you guys have done so far, love following the progress you guys have done even though I havent played it yet, since I recently fell back into gta 3 and enjoying it to bits

There is already a statue of liberty, I don't exaclty know where the location is, but i believe it's left of stuaton island, it's not shown on the map

The statue of liberty is only seen in UG-RP.

Fixed the sniper trails effect. It didn't disappear after using a sniper scope (or any other weapon scope) at least once.

The camera trails effect is the same thing. It's also fixed.

 

As for VC, apparently the camera/sniper/RPG trails effect is disabled and broken on GTA: VC PC. Since UG reverses GTA:VC PC code, this bug also exists in UG. I'll probably solve it soon as well.
