Started adding the latest vehicle updates from the vehicle developers.

 

Added a custom version of the Rumpo for Carcer City:

Will pedestrians be given proper voice logs (LC peds have gta 3/LCS dialog, and VC peds have VC/VCS dialog and ETC.)

Probably not , it is not imposible but it will take to much time to Dkluin to set every single dialogue in the game

This is probably the most heavily worked on mod for any GTA game. I bet most modders would probably quit on year 1. This mod I believe is 5 or 6 years old, and a lot of improvement has happened between now and then.

Hey I was wondering, on the flight from vice city to liberty city randomly over water the radio switches to empire fm randomly. It seems like a pretty good station maybe you should add it to mid way considering there is no unique radio there

That is a radio station for Atlantis, a parody of Atlanta that got removed. The Flashback FM station for that city was the best. (I don't know why the person who made it got lazy on the last song. Seriously, how do you not come up with another song for a duplicate Flashback FM? There are plenty of songs made by Giorgio Moroder.) Empire FM is lame simply because it recycles all the songs you got tired of listening to on GTA V. There are plenty of better songs from the same artists that they could have used instead.

 

If only there were a setting to hear any station in any place. The closest thing is modifying the vehicle audio settings file that comes with the mod. Once all the flags for emergency vehicles and vehicles without radios are replaced with civilian values, stations from other cities can be heard when entering a vehicle until you tune into something else.

 

Also, if you sail on the sane longitude as west Cottonmouth, you will notice a gap between the water tiles that runs all the way through the entire map. Even that is more interesting to me than Empire FM.

 

If pedestrians are given their respective voice lines, please don't restrict them to their respective pain/panic sounds or even their behaviors from their respective games. At least give us a settings file if you are going to do it. Make those unique ped aspects things a universal thing instead. Let all cops use spike strips. Let all stores be robbed. Let pain/panic lines be less repetitive by using a universal sound bank that contains all sounds.

The old Atlantis radio stations were brought back in Snapshot 3.2 iirc.

I didn't even know something on this scale was even possible on the old RW engine of last-gen.com.  This is some awesome work.  I assume we need a nice clean original copy of San Andreas for this to have any hope of working?  I'll need to break out the discs since I don't think Steam ever plays nicely with mods.

I think you should downgrade the Steam version like this and then install GTAUG

But then i'd have to imagine that the SA peds' minds are teleported and trapped in VC and LC's bodies by an evil alien scientist and i don't want that. I won't be immersed then 😢

That station, I believe, was for Atlantis

It's wierd to hear police say lines like "This is the LSPD" when they are clearly the BWPD, VCPD, MWPD, and etc.

the steam version works great. As long as you dont open the game through steam and you go into the directory and open it from the .exe itself, otherwise steam will automatically update. Plus its better than putting in and out a disk constantly or if you're like me and dont have a disk drive at all

Due to the constant requests, we'll be adding an installer for 3.3.10 Standalone. It's currently being worked on, thus no ETA is provided.

 

 

The installer comes with pre-packed essentials so you can run GTA Underground right off the bat, also allows for a shortcut icon on your Desktop.
