The first UG-MP emergency service vehicles will be done soon. They won't be used in singleplayer, but can be spawned through the vehicle spawner, as usual.

And now the 3.3 update brings it back, but instead at a different, more suitable location. I'm currently planning to add an extra interior to VC, possibly a Rusty Browns Ring Donuts shop (from VCS).

What about the one in LCS? (at it's location).

I've re-introduced TransFender in Vice City. It is now located at the garage used in the Cop Land mission.

I've fixed an ancient GTA: SA bug which prevents the parachute from having working animations on the PC version.

Working on weather interpolation.

Implemented it, with some help from The_Hero. Here is a set of screenshots showing how the weather interpolates over the span of an in-game hour.

What about King Knut's Burger Bar from VCS. It also has an interior.

Because we want to ensure that UG-MP is stable and offers server developers with the neccessary natives to work with a variable number of vehicles, peds, and weapons + gain access to other data and to ensure everything is mostly bug-free, we decided to delay the 3.3 update release to February/early March. Personally I'm aiming for February 23rd, as that's the project's birthday and it probably wouldn't take a week or so longer after that.

 

 

That mod sucks. Too much things cut that make it look incomplete. I hope UGMP never mades the final cut.

Right, you clearly are an expert who doesn't need two years of actual work to get where we are now, and have more than enough arguments to support your claim that UG "sucks".

In the game we are Yakuza, and I changed it to be a Leone, but, the gang color in the map dislikes me. How I can change it?

The gang turf colors are currently hardcoded. I do plan on making a file loader for it, which allows you to customize them later on, like how you can with some vehicle features, ped colors, and hudsprites already.

What will be ugmp server modes?

UGRP for starters, and a freeroam server.

It will take more time to implement weather interpolation, a bunch of weather type checks have to be checked. For example, should the game switch to an added rainy weather type, thunder/rain effects should be present and some vehicle components are ignored (convertibles would spawn with their roofs), and peds would find shelter.
