Sorry i might be little annoying, yet, i can't make the mod to work, i'm using windows 10, even using the downgraded version of SA (1.0) still receiving the same minidump error, i'd like to know (those who use windows 10) how did it work for them?

Your issue seems to be something which only occurs for some users, as I (and a bunch of people) don't have the issue, so fixing it isn't easy. But, it will be fixed eventually. Which VS C++ Redistributable did you install?

 

UG requires Visual Studio C++ 2017 (x86 version), here's a link incase you didn't install it:

i installed that patch it still freezes at the splash screen

When I try to add custom cars to the "custom_mods" archive the IMG-Tools says: "Access violation at address 00460026".

What is wrong? Should some other tool be used instead? If so, which one?

 

Also, the files that I try to add is namned "infernus.txd/.dff" - should it be namned something else as the game already has several Infernus in the standard crypted gta3.img archive? How can I change the name on custom cars?

Can I use the skin selector mod with UG? I downloaded Eric Harris & Dylan Klebold skins and i want to use them. (kill peds!)

As you stated above.Also i also faced the same issie again and again even after downloading.FLA log said dectected 1.0 exe but still ug would crash.But suddenly after some days reintalling my windows and then again dx11, vs versons on win 10 x64 it started working for me.I camt remember clerly but i installed

directx 11,visual studio 6,8,10 and maybe 12.You can try to install full vs package all versions.

 

It would be great if danny could find its reasons tough.

 

More or less, as i said above, everything should be up to date. I don't have any system related errors, whatsoever. So It works for you without any errors?

UG uses DirectX code, which is now fully disabled in the 3.2 patch.

I have done some digging into the MLL crashing (I don't have any issues with Bullworth/Mainland Liberty themselves anymore, but some of the testers still report that it exists, so I'm not sure if I manage to fully eliminate the problem)

Again Windows 7 problem (MLL)?

No.... The fix 3.1 introduces changes the compiler settings to not generate newer x86 instructions which arent supported by older hardware, which could be causing some of the issues on some PCs.

Anyway I was hoping someone could point me to a link or something that will tell me the basics of controlling the mod and using someone of the features. One big thing for sure that I was wondering is where I can find the airplane ticket kiosk to fly between the different maps. Cant seem to find it around the airport in Los Santos anywhere.

One big thing for sure that I was wondering is where I can find the airplane ticket kiosk to fly between the different maps. Cant seem to find it around the airport in Los Santos anywhere.

The option to fly to different cities from the airports are on a different "page" of the menu. Use the scrollwheel. Also another heads up, you can't buy the Diaz mansion until after you've taken over all his territory on Starfish Island. Once you do that and buy the mansion, then you can purchase properties in Vice City. That's about all you need to know.

In airport just use the mouse scroll.

Or simply type carspawner as a cheat, select a vehicle and fly.

Or just use Hydra on the roof of Sweet's house.

Check vehicles.ide for car names.

Alright, sweet!. Is there any menus that are built into this mod? And if so how do I access them. Thought I saw on a YouTube video somewhere about a sandbox mode. Could of been a separate mod though.

There are 3 menus built in: The vehicle spawner, skin selector, and the weapon spawner. They can all be accessed by typing in "CarSpawner", "PedSpawner", and "WeaponSpawner" respectively, and use space to select which vehicle/skin you want. However the weapon spawner is unfinished right now, and can't actually spawn anything, just show the menu. Also, if the vehicle spawner freezes your game, just wait a few seconds and it should load. It's a weird random bug that happens that nobody has figured out yet.

 

The sandbox thing was probably a video of an older version where you had the ability to play story, but now everything is "sandbox only" with everything unlocked from the start and no story mode.

Alright thanks for the info! It'd be sweet if there could be airports added at the manhunt cities and Bully. Of course maybe there's already a way to do this I just haven't found it yet. Great mod!

Ah, alrighty, still, it's a shame it doesn't work for me, i've been following this thing since it started (only registered recently due to having problems) Let's hope it will be possible in the future, keep it up ;)

Is there any way to use the pedspawner to spawn UG pedestrians and have them recruited to the gang and not just change the skin on the player? Like A gang with VC Tommy, Claude, Sonny, Salvatore etc?
