Hello everyone,   This morning GTA Underground was taken off ModDB due to a DMCA takedown notice that was presented on the behalf of Take Two interactive. We are currently trying to look for a solution, and our release plans are put to rest for the time being. We will continue updating you as the situation progresses.

Yeah, but the thing is it would be better if some of them just get replaced. Take Liberty City Triads as an example.

But that can´t be called replacing, as the ped are complete different. What I am saing is that LCS peds are not just improoved III ones.

AFAIK, it was never included in this mod, and there are NO plans on including it at any time in the future.

The SA storyline is not being re-implemented in any update. Instead a custom storyline may be introduced in the far future.

 

 

Here's a hotfix for GTA UG that fixes: http://www.mediafire.com/file/ghxirtr7ubpt3uf/hot_fix.7z

 

1.crashes while playing gangwars or enemy gangs attacking you.

2.the heavy lag in Liberty City.

 

installation : just extract it in your GTA UG folder.

Hi guys. Well, there is a water.dat file within data folder in that fix. is it necessary to install it too? It seems a bit noobish to ask it.

Yes, you need the water.dat file.

Okay, so I seen that in the next update there will be duplicate vehicles removed and maybe peds too? Would it be possible to make this optional, like separate archives or something with the next patch because personally I prefer having every single different vehicle and ped from all the games in one world, even if some are damn near identical.

 

You's spent the time to convert them, might as well keep them. imo

I think it would be much better if instead of a story you introduced more open world/sandbox features to the world. Sort of like a modern day mount and blade if you've ever played that.

Some features like mini missions/side missions would be cool.

That's not true, for now there are no plans remove duplicated vehicles.
