Just saying that cities are implented into the mod as they appeared in their games. LC is as is, along with its own cars. VC is in the game as it was in GTA VC with its own peds and cars. And so on.

 

So my question was why wouldn't it work? Because it already is like that.

What happened to "Dunsfold" on the left hand side of the San Andreas map in GTA: UG its not completed yet I visited that place it is completely barren land with some roads??

Anyone could tell me when it will be completed ?? perhaps in the next update...

Judging from the name and its general shape, it's the Top Gear test track. No idea what its going to be used for, but for all intents and purposes that is what its supposed to look like :p

Then what about Carcer city in GTA: UG??? I had gone there neither it shows on the map nor its fully completed, just some buildings and roads and 2 or three interiors and most annoying thing is that it is floating in the air. Should it will be fixed in the next snapshot or it will be left as it is??

I was talking about that city era, i get it,but still is vice city stuck in 80'?Sounds kinda wierd, doesn't it?And about gta iii, at least make it to be gta lcs version (which i like more than original tbh), it is set in 2000 or 1999, so its closer to San Andreas storyline what take place in 1992. Or (as i was saying) make what ever era you want, because if they gonna make they're own story, than it can take place anytime...

Yeah, but that's probably not going to happen, way too much work. UG is huge as it is, and there's still lot of work before story thing even if it ever comes to that.

Added three new vehicles:

 

Upstate Liberty enforcer

Upstate Liberty police maverick

Upstate Liberty cop car

 

While in Bullworth and other small Upstate towns, the idea is to give them an universal police department which will take care of SWAT, FBI, and helicopter support. This is because Bullworth is not a city, so having that universal would make much more sense. The color would be grey.

 

We also have Upstate Liberty emergency peds done, which includes firefighters, medics, SWAT, FBI, cops, and cop bikers.

As we can pretty much manipulate how we want the wanted level system to work, we can do this.

Obviously, both UL and BW will have different island ID's aswell :p

82 new Bullworth peds got converted, including:

Townies

Preps

Jocks

Greasers

Some non-clique students

Prefects

All cops

Some teachers

Shopkeepers (used in interiors and for upcoming script features)

Asylum workers

Maybe could you give us some pictures about those three Upstate vehicles? I'm a bit curious about this.

 

LC doesn't have a military base and Phil's Army Surplus isn't even a military base, I think you should add a military base on Portland or Shoreside Vale, If not, then where the hell are those military personnel stationed.

That police cruiser seems to be outdated, It should be replaced by a 80s/90s looking police cruiser. If not, just give it Hermes engine sound.

 

Does that Enforcer have Securicar engine and door opening sound?

It uses Enforcer sounds.

You know, one thing I'm going to be glad about once this comes out is that there will be no more sub-par or even in some cases, non-existent conversions of 3D era vehicles. They will all be perfect renditions redone in the SA Style so that they slot perfectly in with the rest of the vehicles. No more 16x16 unchangeable license plates. No more 2D grills. No more annoying light glitches. If someone wants any car from any game that R* made during the mid '00s, they can get Underground and drive whatever it is to their heart's desire.

 

In particular I'm really looking forward to the Bully vehicles (which have never been converted before to my knowledge), and the criminally underrated VCS-only vehicles which have only been converted once or twice in the past to a relatively poor standard (70s Rancher, Polaris V8, Ventoso etc.)

 

While we're on the subject of VCS-only cars, are there any plans to implement the Imponte Insurrection Turbo that Luten made a couple years back, or make your own version from scratch? It's a very nice vehicle that, unfortunately for us, only appeared on a billboard in VCS. Legend has it that it's a very early model of the car that eventually became the Ruiner in IV.

Made Rhinoes and Barracks zone based, therefore completing every law enforcement agency which was previously not zone based.

I agree. A Premier or GTA 3 copcar will do nicely IMHO.

There won't be a military base in Liberty City. I'd rather work on what has to be finished first.

 

Then what about Carcer city in GTA: UG??? I had gone there neither it shows on the map nor its fully completed, just some buildings and roads and 2 or three interiors and most annoying thing is that it is floating in the air. I also want to get Carcer City and Cottonmouth off the list, and give it an update aswell. Vehicles are a part of that too.

 

Not to forget, some cities still lack some emergency vehicles.

I don't have plans to add that vehicle.

 

Just remember something you could try adding. Noone else managed to add this elsewhere in GTASA.

 

In GTA III and VC, clouds are generated in the sky and they are visible for a very long distance. These clouds are not static, they keep forming and disappearing depending on the weather forecast. They also have its own color.

For some reason, SA ditched these clouds but they play a big part in III's and VC's timecyc in visual terms.

 

If you don't know what I'm talking about:

I don't have plans to add VC/III clouds neither, as it would have to be zone based.

 

Are smaller towns going to happen inthe country side of the map, next to the roads between the larger cities, just like Montgomery, Palomino Creek and such?

I have plans to add smaller extra towns.

Hey Dkluin, how's everything? hope your all good, can't wait for the new version of this mod, hope the stupid little sh*ts your having trouble with subside soon. :) just pm me if ya want a chat.

I'm fine, the only person who seems to have a problem with me is that Spark guy. And ofcourse Beckerbrasil, but that's the past. The Snapshot 3 release is quite far ahead because of the patches though.

Is it possible to add the execution/stealth system from Manhunt?

Yes it is. It's just hard to do. And definitely isnt on the todo list.

i think you should just change vice-city textures to higher quality ones like the ones from SA,to fit more with the game(GTA SA)

also,a suggestion: add some gangs fighting each other in vice city like in GTA VCS

They haven't been done yet. It's just a concept map, of what the finished mod should look like.
