Just remember something you could try adding. Noone else managed to add this elsewhere in GTASA.

 

In GTA III and VC, clouds are generated in the sky and they are visible for a very long distance. These clouds are not static, they keep forming and disappearing depending on the weather forecast. They also have its own color.

For some reason, SA ditched these clouds but they play a big part in III's and VC's timecyc in visual terms.

 

If you don't know what I'm talking about:

It would be great to have more ways to gain money, like store robberies, some forms of import/export, burglary, stuff like that.

It would be cool if you could add a military base in Liberty City. State of SA have at least four military bases, Area 69, Easter Basin Naval Base, K.A.C.C Military Fuel Depot, Los Santos National Guard Depot from a mission named Robbing Uncle Sam. Vice City have Fort Baxter, what about Liberty City? It makes no sense where the hell those military personnel stationed, Phil's Army Surplus cannot be used as a military base as Phil is a illegal arms dealer. Portland or Shoreside Vale is suitable area to place a military base.

 

As you've already removed the storyline, I think you should make the LS National Guard Depot and K.A.C.C Military Fuel Depot as restricted areas, It makes no sense to walk or drive around the depot without getting 5 star wanted level. For LS National Guard Depot, make sure to add fences on the left side of the depot, It had no fences and add some military vehicles there too.

In sa-mp you can place objects easily :p.

 

Well, in LC they could be placed like in LCS, in VC, either place it where Cortez's boat is currently (and move Cortez's somewhere around the coastline, even make it a custom safehouse!) and in SA, somewhere around a dock? (Either LS or SF)

 

Ofcourse, just some ideas :p

Are smaller towns going to happen inthe country side of the map, next to the roads between the larger cities, just like Montgomery, Palomino Creek and such?

I agree here. I think Rockstar removed these clouds from SA because they thought they wouldn't look right when you fly in an aircraft up high. I actually wonder what they would look like in SA. I have flown as high in VC as you can in SA and the clouds didn't look bad. They actually look like your higher than them. But I am not sure how they would look next to SA's 3d generated clouds.

 

But the one thing that I want in SA from III and VC is the rain effects. SA has TERRIBLE rain. It looks like static. In III and VC, it actually looks like rain. It looks even better on the Xbox version with the rain droplets on the screen looking more reflective, which we have thanks to SkyGFX.

1. More car paintjobs

 

2. Ferry to travel around the cities

 

3. Advertisements in example in GTA SA with like "Travel to Vice City"

 

4. Cars and trucks with trailers

 

5. Possible to use any rims on any car

 

6. Golf mini game

 

7. Rob shops

 

8. Spike strip

 

9. Possible to decorate your own room (might take long time to make etc (?) )

 

10. Cops driving the police mavericks.

 

11. Tollbooths when leaving a city.

Migh just be annoying? (But still sounds pretty cool)

 

No hate, just some random ones.

Pretty hard to come up with great ones.

some of these are good ideas, and actally possible, i dont know about these ferries man, where you wanna put them? Have you ever played LCS? In portland, its actually build on that tunnel connecting all 3 cities, in stauton? (i guess,never learned to write that right), it was instead of that tiny army base...Editing rooms will be possible, but not that big like Sims or something, changing it like it is in gta online with that 1.1 milion apartment, yeah it will be possible, just change code for marker after buying it...spikes...yeah, maybe adding mod menu to 8 balls..robbing stores is easy. Playing golf needs new animation and coding...so its not propably gonna happend...

My theory is that Sparkx is behind it, he didnt get help and now he is upset.

but why don't you make his efforts useless and reupload those videos with many dislikes and deleting bad comments?

it would clean up your negative feedback count in analytics aswell!

i have a question...what time does this mod take place in...it can't be 80' which i think is where vice take place ( not sure), but it can be time around gta sa or gta iii, 1992 and 200(1?).So if it is 1992, you can change map to look like stories plus change san andreas, or 2001, so vice and lc will have some changes, or (and this is my favourite) you can set it after 2001, so for exqmple 2003, so lc building will be finished, as well one in san fierro...And in Vice city as well, it will put something more to explore...

So I've been watching this project for a long time now, I love the concept and the scale of what you guys are doing here is just enormous, and I'm amazed it is going so well.

Since all the 3D GTA games are set in slightly different time periods - III (00's) VC (80's) SA (90's) I thought it would be a good idea to bring all those cities closer together, adding a little variety while still staying true to the originals, I am not proposing remodeling buildings or anything ridiculous like that, Instead I've made this:

I've heard it is possible to spawn more than one cruiser per city, so having newer units popping up (premier is '92 Chevy Caprice) along the classics (VCPD is ford LTD from 1980's, LVPD being ford crown victoria from 80's aswell) would be a cool little detail, that would also help to bridge that time gap between the three games.

Tell me what you guys think, if you like it, I had plans for different mash-ups like that, and a pretty cool idea for Liberty State Police vehicles.

Whats the point in pushing the cities to the modern era when Vice City's magic is all about the 80s? It's the same as playing GTA United, where you have the maps but the SA cars and peds.

Why is everyone so bothered by the time it's set in? Let it just be, this is primarily a map mod, not story oriented. Let SA be in its own era with its own cars and cities as they are, and same thing with other locations. What's so bad about that? Look at it as a unified GTA - you don't have to play SA, VC, III separately, and you have everything in one game. Isn't that good enough?

What is that a big huge incomplete plot of land on left hand side of San Andreas in GTA: UG??? (in map it appears really too small) after reaching there there are only some roads and rest all are clean barren ground. Can anyone tell me which city or location is planning to be made there???

i discovered CJ fat status bar kept on reducing no matter how he eats, and now the muscle status bar too reducing in fear am getting near to 'game over' please help out.

Purchasable RC models, though what you'd do once you buy one is a complete mystery to me. Maybe a controller weapon slot that spawns an instance of whatever vehicle you've chosen to buy once left clicked. Hell, maybe there could even be RC races.

Purchasable RC models, though what you'd do once you buy one is a complete mystery to me. Maybe a controller weapon slot that spawns an instance of whatever vehicle you've chosen to buy once left clicked. Hell, maybe there could even be RC races.

you know how in newer gta's theres cell phone on the right of u r screen...what if someone did the same, but make it to look like some nokia or (whatever that phone what cj has is called)...and make a contact so your rc vehicles will be brought to you in van, like it is in gta iv/tlad/tbogt with guns.

It's like comparing there's already cars and boats in the game. :p.

So I guess it would be useful anyway. An alternative to drive.

 

Plus maybe it might be possible to take your vehicle with you.

 

An idea: It would be cool to make small islands with palms around the map.

^ As the plot of GTA LCS says ferry service is becoming obsolete because it was going to be bypassed by Callahan Bridge and Porter Tunnel and a demonstration ensues on the Portland terminal and after the new mayor's bullsh*t promise, It eventually got shut down and replaced by Callahan Bridge and Porter Tunnel. So there's no way to get ferry service after it was being shut down however It will gonna work if the ferry destination is the Statue of Liberty.
