Whether you plan to make Carcer city and Cottonmouth cities a fully functional?

Still want to know about it plz.

 

he want to make a rockstar-quality mod,every city will be full functional

 

Who wants to see me connect Mainland Liberty with Liberty City through a highway? The land has to start somewhere, and so I will first do the highways, then the roads.

im sorry but its just a POV if you are thinking to connect the cities with tunnel it will be a bad idea.because no one would love driving in a tunnel maybe just a little bit of tunnel then some highway big roads real forest alot of trees ? woodenhouse near lake ? there are alot of ideas anyway its your Mod im just suggesting

 

i would,i loved driving in tunnels (from city to city) in the godfather

since inside the tunnels there were some gangsters that i could deal with

The game crashed when i was on Vice City, i don't know what makes this but i was on the hotel (the main save place on vice city), it gives me this error http://imgur.com/a/DIoAu

Well the landscape stuff requires alot of time, and so I'd start with the highways before any other important stuff first.

Also, I'm going to edit the video's I recorded earlier. I'll just change these long annoying waiting periods like this:

How to add custom car? I didnt find GTA3.IMG and the file VEHICLES.IMG are buged in IMG TOOL.
Maybe somebody asked the same question but we are already on page 331 and I'm new here.

Just add them to custom_mods.img.

More LC-MLL highway progress:

 

I made some textures for roadsigns used for Upstate Liberty. The same style as the Bully ones are used to make it feel more universal.

An interstate system that can later be connected to other towns. You can always have small highways to places within the land. Plenty of backroads and different terrains

You can add special police cars patrol the highways. Maybe it will be Police Cheetah, Infernus, Stinger ,etc.

I think it will be interesting to chase with police on the fast cars.

Why would I add sports cars as police vehicles? It makes no sense.

Not necessarily sports car as police cars .. but a new type of police cars other than the cities police .. like a highway patrol department or something

Its not hard to modify the wanted level system, plus none of it is SCM controlled. It is all done inside the ASI.

can i have the VC map from gta underground and take care of it?

the classic sniper rifle from SA has a PSGI icon, the icon can be reused on new PSGI rifle, and the classic rife can have a new icon

they could put the teachers and make it a College etc with adult students,just pick some peds and put a scholl clothing on them,that would make more sense

Am I the only one who thinks that it would be great to see Bulworth as it's own map mod or TC? Like it's amazing how good it's looking in Underground but methinks it has even more potential on it's own.

they can do already existing animations, like bums did, it was never implomented in base game, because it was buggy, but i think that they already doing things like sitting, talking...so maybe mame some of them drunk, walking around throwing up or something like that...maybe doing that wierd sh*t the truth and that Vietnamese guy from that mission on cargo boat are doing...just use animations already in game...
