I have not got the mod let but I havent seen any gta 3 or gta vice city boats when i watch your channel :dontgetit: are you planning on adding them in?

Going to add Police Maverick patches. Already did the Predator ones, so we can eventually make those zone based.

Dkluin, don't take negatively but I think that you shouldn't post anything about the progress for now. Because I think it's kinda unnecessary for now. You can give all updates, features when you are going to release a update or something. If you keep posting updates, I think that mod is going to become a garbage. Like If something happens you quit modding and people had a lot of expectation (like Vice City Stories PC Edition) people will be disappointed highly. I think that give update/progress when going to release/updates/patch/snapshot. But for now I think that you can solve people's bug/issue instead of giving progress.

Is it me or is the handling a bit different? Cars seem to brake too fast.

I also noticed some other bugs:

Some things are flashing way too fast, like when you get a wanted star, your health if it's low, and the airport strip markers on the minimap. They move extremely quick.

The airport doors at Los Santos are missing

If you use the mouse wheel to browse between the LC and VC radio stations, it doesn't go back to the previous radio station. For example, if you are listening to Flash FM and scroll up, it goes to K chat, but if you scroll down, it goes to emotion and not the previous station, which was Flash FM. Also i loaded a save in LS, then loaded a game in VC and the icons became buggy:

Are all VC's peds converted?

Yep, likely most of them and what about your mod Vice City Recover? Is it dead?

Made the Predator zone based.

 

This means that SA now has the SA predator, VC has the VC predator, and LC has the III predator.

 

Also worked on the special features for these vehicles. All predator boats should have working guns.

Soon I'll do the same with enforcers, FBI vehicles, police mavericks, news helicopters, and other content.

 

Other stuff I want to add in:

 

Skimmers from GTA:VC have the SA features

Police Mavericks have the right vehicle features

VC/LC rhino spawning in VC/LC when you have a 6 star wanted level

VC/LC barracks spawning in VC/LC when you have a 6 star wanted level (Should be easy as I already added support for the added army peds so that should already be working)

Enforcers from VC/LC spawning in VC/LC whn you have a 4 star wanted level

FBI Kuruma in LC when you have a 5 star wanted level, FBI Washington + FBI Rancher in VC when you have a 5 star wanted level

Much more converted III peds, as we only have a small group of those.

VCPD Cheetah spawning in VC when you have a 3 star wanted level, including the VCPD cheetah peds

More patches:

Updated taxi + cabbie limits. Now, they support all cabbies/taxis.

Added bonusses when entering added copcars/ambulances/taxis/cabbies/caddys/enforcers. Previously they only supported default IDs.

Added specific driver peds for the custom BMXes from VCS.

Sorted out some of the patches so some bugs should be fixed.

Expanded taxi & cabbie patches. Some stuff was missing.

I'm pretty sure that has something to do with your frame limiter being off. Turn it on to fix it.

This mod is literally what you said it is, a mash of different cities in Rockstar's 3D era with peds and vehicles added in. Nothing less. What exactly were you expecting?

1 of the big things that I think would really make the gang wars longer and better is if you got randomly attacked by the gangs that you made mad. example: you take over a piece of biker gang territory, you will then randomly get a posse of bikers to who will try to take you out, if you kill them all you will get $500 bucks. and that posse of hitman bikers will keep randomly coming until you take over ​ALL of the biker gang territories. And it could be different for every gang: Haitions, voodoo gang cars. Mafia, helicopter and Mafia sentinal cars. Ballas, Tahoma gang cars. The list could go on forever!

More likely it is. I am not into doing conversions anymore. :p (though someday I might release files, sebejszczyn did awesome work on cars, so did vicetommy on sounds).

 

I just wanted to share peds' conversion script, but if all of them are converted, there's no point in doing that. :)

I cleaned up all of the vehicle feature code. The VCPD Cheetah no longer has floating flashlights above the vehicle, instead it has no flashes, but it still has a siren. All FBI vehicles also have no siren flashes.

 

Also fixed a few more issues.

Dude, it's still in development. And secondly, this mod aims to let you experience all the 3D era gta's with the more advanced and upgraded engine of gta sa, they are not creating a new game, it's just an incredible and well done mesh-up.

 

In the older versions, vice city didn't even have it's original sky colors, so i say we'll have to wait. But then again, i don't get it neither what you would mean by atmosphere: You got the cars, the radio stations, the peds and even the weapons. If you want to put a color filter on top of the game, just download some ini mods, there are plenty of those.

Not really. There are pickups in lc and vc but only with SA weapons. For example, instead of Kruger you pick up a SA AK47, instead of III Pump shotgun you pick up SA Combat Shotgun.

There is some side missions I don't know if they're done yet though. But I don't think so.

 

And also DYOM was discussed. Hopefully it might get added. That would have been really epic!
