well if i was to have a say in this. i would say that the cities look just fine the way they are.

i think the gta underground development team did an awesome job. modelling mainland liberty. i can tell you that city is well made. i do like the mix of gta3 and sa buildings and road pieces.

So you want everything to be done all over again, just to delay Snapshot 3 even more? (blame GTAF for the awful formatting, if it broke on post)

He didn't make cancerous radio extensions, well atleast didn't shove anything down people's throats, not to mention, he doesn't speak like he's 8 or smth.

I've got a brief changelog for Snapshot 3:

 

Fixed flooded tunnels in LC

Fixed dry ponds and pools in Bullworth

Added a complete water map for Mainland Liberty, Dunsfold and Bullworth

Fixed water.dat issues which caused huge fps lag

Added an improved version of the LCS, VC, and III Landstalker

Removed duplicate Monstrosity vehicle

Fixed missing vehicle names (Vehicle spawner shows some)

The radio stations script now remembers the radio station you were last tuned into

Proper support for vehicleAudioLoader variables, such as if a vehicle should have radio or not (instead of a buggy system, it fixes a few bugs)

Fixed escalators in VC Mall

Added fog to the Malibu Club and to the Pole Position club

Added some really cool rooftop fixes with actual working props

Fixed a LC skyscraper which lacked collision

Fixed all VC rooftops

Fixed missing collision on a wall near the construction site

Fixed some Bullworth bugs

Added vegetation from Bullworth

Darkened prelightning on most of the converted Bullworth assets to give a better contrast with the new timecyc (prelightning was nearly invisible)

Added Slash TV warehouses in Vice, Liberty, and San Andreas

Added an extra mission to Vice City, which is unlocked after completing the "Welcome to Vice City mission"

Finished the asset system, it is now completely based on the original Vice City system, and San Andreas assets are also purchase-able

Changed the 5 million starting bonus to 50.000 again, so players are encouraged to buy assets

Removed weapon pickups at Grove Street

Fixed message which showed that Sandbox Mode is unlocked, while there is neither a storyline or sandbox mode anymore

Reverted the gang turfs in San Andreas back to their originals (changes such as 100% density on Idlewood are set aside, it's taken from the initial script in default SCM)

I'll just release a Patch 9.2 if people want, or release one last patch....

dkluin maybe you can make manhunt or manhunt 2 levels and connect those levels somehow you know what to do ;) well thats just an idea..

I said you need to polish and redesign those cities Excluding ( SA, VC,LC) including ( MLL, Atalanta,dunsfold,etc ).

I've got some good news:

 

That new video I promised is being made, it's built up out of organized clips I recorded and basicly thrown together with some text explaining what is shown. It's a quality improvement.

Looking good! the quality is increasing with each update.

 

I can already see this mod bringing more players back to San Andreas, it's been more than 10 years since the game's release and the community is still growing large!

I know this might be a delicate question, but since the Statue of Liberty was added, what are the chances of having the World Trade Center with the Twin Towers?

 

I know some a-holes will blow planes against them, but that can be bypassed by making them non-solid.

i installed the mod and followed all of the installation instructions however everytime i load a new game it starts playing some weird ass music then if i tab out i see a crash lod please help i have not found anything searching on the internet

You know there's more than one skyscraper in Liberty City that isn't solid, right?

 

If you're afraid of dying from running into a skyscraper to test if its solid or not, you can find out if something isn't solid.

 

One way to find out if it's solid or not, is that the texture on the non-solid object will look blurred.

 

The other way is, instead of running into the building, run the wing into the building, so you dont get blown to hell.

 

And if he does include the World Trade Center that _Zeron suggested, I wonder what it would be like if we tested to see if either tower is solid.

No plans for a small patch for patch 9 are there.

 

If I really wanted I could release the fixed tunnels.
