Man, i just got back from the army after spending a week in some sh*thole in the desert while being excited for this mod, AND THEN then there's all this spam.

 

oh well, on topic: i thought of a small suggestion that would be cool for Vice City

 

 

Have the ability to watch Phil Collins' concert in Hyman Memorial Stadium for 6,000$. Doing so will trigger the usual cutscene of Phil Collins playing "In the Air Tonight" just like in Vice City Stories.

If this gets added, i'll scream like a little girl. I loved Phil Collins in VCS

 

 

 

I really love this idea. Would be nice to include it if you ask me. I'm also a fan of Phil Collins, got a lot of vinyl records from him

Depending on which mods are you using. Like you can use driveby mod.

 

I'm using gta underground mod and i don't have any other mods in my game so can you tell me other mods compatible with gta underground?

Fair point actually. But for animation conversion, it's rather easy if the animations are in IFP format (which VCS mobile will likely use, and I'll get use of that.)

I just needed someone to tell me good mods.A 'good' or a 'bad' mod is entirely an opinion, just look for some CLEO mod or something and see if you like it, don't expect people to hold your hand through this.

I did some digging around in the radio station files and found streams of some VCS radio stations (Fresh 105, Paradise FM)

 

Do you have any plans for it? would love to see them enabled ingame.

every city will ave it own citizens(Bullworth will have Bully's Citizens,Vice City the "vice city" ones,etc...) also they already shown some students in this topic

I think that new maps are quite unrealistic. For example, Mainland Liberty. I think that roads should have a lot of many different curves. Roads seems to be very straight. Cities like SA, VC have many different curves. I think you should do something about them.

well if i was to have a say in this. i would say that the cities look just fine the way they are.

i think the gta underground development team did an awesome job. modelling mainland liberty. i can tell you that city is well made. i do like the mix of gta3 and sa buildings and road pieces.
