Hello everyone,   This morning GTA Underground was taken off ModDB due to a DMCA takedown notice that was presented on the behalf of Take Two interactive. We are currently trying to look for a solution, and our release plans are put to rest for the time being. We will continue updating you as the situation progresses.

Guys what do you think about the ideea to customize/tune bikes/motorcycles in shops like TransFender ?

thats the thing i also have this issue. by the looks of it everyone has the issue. but you know hopefully in the next upcoming patch. or snapshot 3. i will be fixt.

Not everyone, if you install SilentPatch the issue should be resolved as somehow hud textures don't support mipmapping? Patch 9 should have a built-in fix for that.

 

EDIT:

 

I've got a small patch if it really isnt working on Patch 9.

 

It's a very simple patch which shouldn't break savegames as it only replaces hud.txd with the current one I am using, so you can actually see what's changed since Patch 9 and maybe notice some of the icon changes.... Plus, it has SilentPatch in it aswell.

Hey dkluin, sorry to posting dumb request again. But, I think you should consider adding jet-ski. in your mod. There is a guy in this topic said something about FBI to FIB. I think you should think a something about that post. His idea wasn't so bad. I think you can add pay n spray all over the city using SCM script. It might be difficult but possible. Maybe you can add tuning shop instead of pay n spray.

Or we noticed but we just haven't replied. Kinda agree on the jetski tho. For the other ideas, nah. Replacing PayNSprays by Tuning Shops would be pointless and would give a V-like feel. Not really great for a mod working on 3D era maps only, right? :p

I have this gift from the one above to understand certain broken English. He is actually trying to say that you can switch into certain main characters when you visit their city. For example, switch into Tommy.V and spawn at VC and so on..

Why would you EVER want to do that??

 

I've seen people in this thread state that you have to do this sometimes to get the mod to work,

Ok then. But with SCM script is it possible to make new Pay N Sprays without depending on executable garage datas?

Well it would be cool. but honestly you should concentrate on making the mod stable, the crashes are getting really annoying. You can't even go into bullworth + even liberty and vice are unfinished: cars drive on the airport, map is not placed well with the hud, low textures in interiors, werid yellow sky in vice city and even crashes occur in vice city.

Doing custom interiors is a hard work tho...
I mean if you have better interiors for a game that even don't has interiors support or any kind of interiors...it' hard to do man
