Hello everyone,   This morning GTA Underground was taken off ModDB due to a DMCA takedown notice that was presented on the behalf of Take Two interactive. We are currently trying to look for a solution, and our release plans are put to rest for the time being. We will continue updating you as the situation progresses.

Does it work?

It works, to a degree. When I got in the Vice City ammunition it caused a spamming of the what sounded like the notification sound over and over again and nobody at the desk to buy weapons from. The sound continued even when I left the building. Other than that, it seems to work pretty good.

 

What exactly did generic.img modify?

I am glad to hear that. I am sorry for this. Patch 5 will be reuploaded.

 

The notification sound is supposed to be an error. Something is wrong. Please install TeamViewer. And you will need to enable debug mode by typing DEBUG. The game will lag but its normal.

Does patch 5 fix random crashes? (It was crashing on me when I got wasted/busted or when driving/using the jetpack).

It fixed a few potential crashes but since I barely recieve crashes and I need to debug it I cant fix them.

Does patch 5 include the new LC Safehouses? Also does it fix the wasted\busted crash?

The traffic near the calligan bridge seems to be f*cked. Cars just go whatever direction they feel like on both sides. The red represents where I saw it happening:

The ammunation glitch seems to only happen when you visit another one. If you visit an ammunation for the first time it acts as normal, but if you go to a different one it doesn't work and spams that sound at you with on one at the desk, like when mentioned before.

Now I'm scared to try patch 5 cuz I reinstalled this mod with patch 4 and now it crashes before the loading screen. And for some reason the car spawner (without your custom INI script) crashes my game even w/o the Underground mod

Patch 5 needs to be repacked and a few issues need to be fixed resulting in a patch 6.

 

 

So dont download the broken version.

ffs, well since it may not fix my crash, I'll just have to tell you what they were; One crash after modding the lowrider on mission cesar vialpando, the other was a stream crash/CR or something when buying clothes on nine's and AK's mission.

Don't mean to flood your thread with birthday wishes, but Happy Birthday! :D

 

Is it possible for us to add our own tanks with working turrets and cannons since I noticed that you managed to get the VC Rhino working? I wanna add a T-90 Vladimir (made by someone else), get 6 stars wanted level and have some Russia vs USA action. :p
