After that shows up i go debug but not help at all, you can see on that says windows NT but i not set to that compability mode and my xp is updated to last + latest display driver for xp before that i deleted in safe mode default display driver.

 

 

I have 100 % savegame without using cheats, I have loaded cleo mode, camhack3.0c, edited all data files, audio,models and anims(ped.ifp) which can be edited and have vcmm Dmagic installed +i420c v2.0 (highways mod on all map) and set gta.exe using Vcadjuster on reccomended specs for that map mod, afcourse I turn off DEP for gta.exe+camhack, turn off sehop and firewall.At the end i done all needed backups I try all possible backup and again overwrite combinations.

 

 

With my C# sharp programming education i will say that this is abnormal if here i dont get help i will in some year expensive pay pro c++ programmer to fully fixup .exe Maybe worth to wait
