Does anyone else find it hard to find a job crew?

I have been trying all night to get a lobby of players to stay in. Let alone Rockstar not being able to handle 30 players, which already means allot of emty lobbies (for most). But when you get into a lobby 50% disconnect and or leave. 1 fail of the mission and your the only one left.. if you're not, chances are they vote free roam

add me dude.. all i play is missions 99% of the time .once in a after mission lobby, i avoid the free mode button until last resort.

 

People dont realise, its such a waste to hit free mode to play missions like RR over and over. The loading is a buzz kill and takes way to long to make it worth the wait to replay the same mission. its best to roll with the flow of the missions they give you.
