Dirty Hairy
When and where would it be and why? Keep in mind that your age, race, and gender would not change. For example: I would like to live in 1920's New York City. The roaring 20s. Jazz, swing, and speakeasies. I'd try to earn my living as a saxist. Segregation would not work in my favor though. Korpi
I'd like to give the 80s a try. 90s would also propably be a fun time for a 21 year old..

When I hear 90s my mind goes straight to biker shorts. The 90s equivalent to yoga pants looks good on men and women- whatever your preference. Then there's the grunge rock and hip hop. Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. Michael Jordan! Man's the 90s really would be awesome as a 21 year old. What would you do for a living? PinkRibbonScars
Would we still retain the knowledge from this era? If so, I'd go back into the '90s and invest in companies like Apple, Amazon,Google, etc. Edit: Since I'd still be 17, I'd go back even further, like in the '80s. I wonder if I'll get to see Bill Hicks. Tool(which is one of my favorite bands, b/c the are thought provoking and they have many different interpretations) made a song pertaining to him. Revenge of the Donut
Don't mean to be boring but I'm happy with this decade, wouldn't want to go back to a more ignorant time (as interesting as it might be.) Would probably move country, I have family in Canada and they like it there, so possibly there. 9i OTD

Osho
1930s NY / Chicago as set in the game of Mafia City of Lost Heaven. Also, the 80s Miami the one set in Vice city. Love these games for their thick atmosphere and the story. I'd definitely would want to experience that time for real.

Raavi
Being a history buff I would love to travel through time, spending periods in Ancient Rome, Ancient Greece, Renaissance era Italy traveling through Europe, the Belle Epoque just to name a few. It would be most fascinating. Fonz, Abel., Revenge of the Donut and 1 other 4 – overeducated wonk who fetishises compromise

TECHN9CiAN
The 90s in LA again, this time as an adult. whats_a_username?
I'd like to live in year 3000. We already know what happened in the past, so why would I want to live in the past. I wanna see the future, since I'd be long dead before the year 3000.
BrownBear
Bristol in the late 17th century, the age of exploration and piracy. Bristol, my closest city, was at the centre with it's port. Bristol 1920s, I like the idea of this time, it was modernising but still had mystery. I would love to work on a ship cruising round ports at this time. Basically I just want to be an explorer. Guest Billy Russo
80's. Music was great, Only Fools and Horses had only just started on telly, some of the movies were golden and I'm in love with a lot of the Slasher films from then, would love to see them in the cinema at that time. I bet the atmosphere was amazing. I feel like I missed so much good sh*t.

No other civilisation captured hedonism and philosophy quite like it. I don't see any reason to go back permanently, though. We have access to culture from various decades and coutries plus modern scientific knowledge on a virtual database, so, really, we're all set Edited February 23, 2015 by Black_MiD
