Tips for spawning LSC rares?

I've been trying to get all the "rare spawn" modded cars for my collection (and mainly to help force spawn them for others) but for the life of me I just can't get the 3 LSC vehicles to spawn I've tried all my tricks that worked for others, such as only checking during 9 till 3, driving the same car as what I'm after, etc. but none work

 

Any advice from anybody? Cause I really want that Blue dominator and have spent two days hunting them with no luck.

I spent daaaaaays doing this, and eventually got them all, only to be bored of them and replacing most of them with useful cars. I think the only ones I kept were the red Sabre Turbo and the blue Dominator.

 

I got them to spawn every now and then by doing the Ratloader horn glitch. Was never a set time that I saw them, but when I did I always saved them.
