NTAuthority Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 - Do you meet the system requirements of GTA IV? - Are you playing with the disc in the drive, or a legitimate copy from Steam/Others? - Did you try uninstalling any mods/cheats/trainers? - did i forget anything Inactive in GTA/R* title modification indefinitely pursuant to a court order obtained by TTWO. I have 2 Vehicle Mods, First Person Mod, Hulk Script, V Special Services. These don't matter because before installing mods they were still invisible.
