Damon7278
Hi everyone, Im new to this forum but not new the GTA franchise, and yeah Im a little behind on a few games. I purchased GTA IV a while ago and just started to play. I see that there is several mods for police, such as additional vehicles, light and siren patterns for them, and more mods for additional vehicles. I was wondering if i can get some feeback and help on how to do that, and remind you Im using steam and I hope it allows it on there and doesnt always crash if I do. Im not a comp tech so hopefully i can get some help on how to do that somewhat easy, thanks guys!!! Damon
Cleverley1986
So what you probably need to do is use a combination of blender and photoshop. I started nodding last month. Youtube tutorials are your friend!
