GTA3 HUD Colour

Hey, So I am trying to edit the HUD colors in GTA3. I know that editing the memory addresses can achieve this but I can only find the addresses for VC and SA. Even then this is only temporary as this gets lost when you close the game.

 

I know that creating another EXE that runs gta3.exe and changes the address should be possible. If I remember the mod "GTA Long Night" and that other police mod had custom EXE's that changed these values in vice city so it should be possible for GTA3. Right?

 

What I really want to know is how to go about creating a custom EXE or at least the memory addresses for the HUD colour.

 

Please let me know of any ideas.

 

P.S - I am not talking about the weapon icons, I am referring to the colour of the health, armour and money.
