Rose.Quartz Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Whenever I start GTA San Andreas it loads, after that it flashes a black screen and places me back at the computer desktop. Is it because of my mods because whenever I install CLEO mods and I start San Andreas up it does that. But when I uninstall them it works fine and no flashes or anything like that. I've tried some methods but it didn't work. Does anyone know why this is happening and some other methods that work? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lil weasel Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 If you purchased the DVD (v2) or the STEAM registered Down Load (v3) you must first find and install a "Downgrader" to remove programing that is intended to prevent Mods from working.
