Bounties leaving sessions after you kill them?

LOL @ this thread...Maybe they just don't want YOU to collect it. I often save my bounties for friends who need money and not just guys who stroke their ego getting kills in the idiocy that is Free roam. Personally I think its funny as hell to let some guy chase me for half an hour, then leave before he can get me. All that wasted time on such a worthless paltry sum. Cant count the times Ive watched them crash, lose me, blow themselves up being pimps...good times..

or maybe its greedy bullies and jerks like you. i had a bounty earlier all i did was steal an ai car. and what do you know some idiots chase me. i have two options blow up there stupid car and waste money and put in a bad sport or hurry and get in my garage. so i go into my garage before they kill me. and when i checked the map and they were waiting for me so i left. now you can call me a coward all you want but i did not start a fight with him. if i attacked him and ran away then i would be a coward. im tired of always being chased by greedy peices of crap. i think its fine if they leave before you kill them unless they attacked you first.

Your example is not what he's talking about. OP is about killing the bounty and then them leaving immediately before the bounty pays out. Not people leaving in general avoiding engagements.

Have you considered that your skills are so awesome your killing them knocked them into another session?
