Police Lights And Sirens In Los Santos Customs

I had an idea that'd be relatively simple for R* to implement into GTA Online.

 

Basically, you take any car into the customs and when you go onto the "lights" menu, there is a "light kit" option. This can add interior lights to the inside of the windscreen and the rear window. These could be blue, red or amber, possibly a combination. It would cost around $80,000. You also would be able to access a "siren" on the horn menu for $50,000.

 

All this could be part of the heist update which would then allow people to use there Adder's or Entity's to chase there friends in teamed heists. Do you guys think that this could happen?

Are there some tests on the max distance these horns can be heard? Cuz I swear I can't hear any custom horn past 10 yards

Sadly this would probably never happen. Would be cool, though. There are tricks you can use with the files on a JTAG/RGH to turn anything into a police car. I remember watching a vid someone recorded of their Adder acting like a police car in SP (console was offline).

I just still don't understand the logic of having a Tank, 2 attack helicopters, plus now possibly another Attack Helicopter and a Jet, but having a cop car is off limits.

Well why don't we all not have actual upgrades on our cars, but pretend that we are going faster or that we have a spoiler? Instead of releasing heists, why don't they make us pretend? I personally love role-playing, was a big LCPDFR player for some time. Was disappointed that the only way to take a cop car was to break the window.
