Next-Gen And Promised DLC

I purchased a gta 5 ps4 bundled at christmas and i noticed on the back of the game box it says "Includes all grand theft auto online and grand theft auto V free-to-access content updates". So my question is, where is the independence day and valentines dlc that was promised for next-gen as indicated. I see no Sovereign, Liberator and Roosevelt to purchase in game. Pretty sad that they have to lie to returning customers to get them to buy your product again. Do any of you believe they should add this content as promised?.

They're technically in the game, just not available to purchase. In single player you can find the Roosevelt sovereign and liberator.

Oh by the way, I didn't read "We promise" anywhere on the box.

It's included, the data is there because you can see other players in their limited content vehicles. The clue is that they are limited content, maybe one day the time will come you can buy again.

1.) it's not next gen, it's current gen....

 

2.) it's not DLC, it's update content... DLC is NOWHERE on that box...

 

3.) where in the world did you read that it says you will get the Roosevelt and Liberator? That's for those of us who played during those events.

It's understandable that you'd be upset cause you ain't get Whatchu want. But R* DID NOT lie because it said "free-to-access" content. Well, Valentines and Independence Day items were "limited accessibility".... Meaning that it IS NOT currently accessible...

It's included...it doesn't say that you can obtain it now or again, it's in there if you already owned it...so yes, it is in there because people have them...

Hey dumbass, maybe if you would play the game then you would find them. The limited time updates isnt available for GTA:O but you can find them in single-player.

Gta 5 and gtao are two separate games technically. You purchased the single player (and its content) with access to gtao (not the other way around).

"Free to access content updates" meaning you don't have to pay in order to access the content. (Pay to access example would be bf's dlc).

Read what's in the OP? They clearly say ALL Online and SP updates are included. Included also means available to those who bought NG and missed LG updates.

OT: OP, what's important here is that they don't say WHEN. They did promise all of the updates and a later "unlock" of the content still means it was "included".

Regardless, it's all in SP. So it came on that disc.
