Dock Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Current gen players DO NOT get it for free, at least on Online. On single player you can find it parked in the Vinewood area. And it was an exclusive item for that period, your loss that you didn't have the game then! They clearly didn't bring it back this year, and as far as I can tell, it has become a rare car whether R* intended it to be one or not. Regarding the collectors edition, I doubt anyone is going to bother. I'm sure there are some people here who have it who might be willing, but they'll have to find this thread first.
