Thank you. That is my main character. When I saw that mask I got moist. I would have paid 500K for it. I got money to burn. I will pay what the game requires to dress the way I want. Have not changed my outfit since that day. When Heists come out if there is something I want that costs more than it should, I will still buy it.

Everyone in GTA Online should at least have one car, if you go through the tutorial Simeon allows you to own a car. 'And even if you didn't own a car you can always just steal one off the street to sell.

 

Furthermore if a player does not bank their money, they will drop it if you kill them. I know this because I always kill low levels and pick up their cash.
