Everything was ok before I have installed cars, bikes, boats and helicopters from this page http://www.gtaall.com/gta-vice-city/cars/(53 vehicles). First I installed Vice Cry http://www.moddb.com/mods/vice-cry/reviews and it was working fine so i don't know what can cause it. Nerys Posted February 21, 2015 Author Share Posted February 21, 2015 (edited) I uncheked compatibility, launch in 640x480 and changed DEP to default but I have still the same unhandled exception. I am not sure if it is unneeded. Game works worse without this settings for example: long time of loading. I will try to uninstall all of these cars and then install one by one because i don't even check after installing one car if it is working. Ofcourse i have this magic wheel mod which is required. Edit I uninstalled all of these mod cars and i still have unhandled exception bug #WASTED . Time to reinstall game. I enabled DEP exception for gta-vc.exe because i got Unhandled Exception while i was trying to set sound setting in game. I solved this and now i know that i was missing DINPUT8.DLL which is sollution for mouse fix either. I am not sure if i should try to install Vice Cry mod. I can't find if i can install car mods with this mod or not. Edit: Car modifications do work with Vice Cry, however the mod has different file structure comparing to original Vice City. After copying dinput8.dll into my Vice City folder i don't have problem with entering into sound setting and my mouse works in correct way - so it is the sollution of these two problems. Maybe you understood that in my opinion DEP exception is the sollution. In this case you are right. I meant i THOUGHT that it is sollution but i was wrong. DINPUT8.DLL is the real sollution of these problems(fked moue and Unhandled Exception during entering sound settings) as i said before. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SixThreeEight23 Posted December 1, 2020 Share Posted December 1, 2020 i keep getting this one....while in the game...Unhandled Exception : c0000005 in adress 00640d0b after i finished the treacherous snake mission or if i try and change the resolution or if i try and use my controller with it it does this error....it verry finicky and idk how to fix that error code....apparently im the only one that has this error. i cant find that exact error anywhere Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
