RedDagger Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Seems that it's Far Out, one that's known to have this issue. Try switching to GTA:Online via the start menu, switch to the second GTA:Online character slot (create one if you don't have one), mess around a bit, hold d-pad to switch character, and switch to Franklin.
