What dinosaurs?You're confusing the criticisms towards the "SP we got" with the MP. Forget about ONLINE. The SP experience itself, when it comes to their great single-player history ( and even other games ), failed to offer significantly a unique and a satisfying experience on its own. @ Osho Exactly. In my last comment, I too found myself having the same thing you said to woggleman, who once again gets blinded and misses the point in a thread because of his eagerness to defend to V and Rockstar. Eurotrash Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 (edited) I remember I almost went insane trying to port some of the content from EFLC into the regular version of GTA IV I find it pretty crazy there hasn't been a mod pack of some sorts yet that combines all the content from IV+EFLC into one game, preferably TBoGT. I'm talking vehicles, side missions, storyline missions, weapons, peds etc. TBoGT has the majority of content, and the most recent gameplay/mechanics upgrades. Maybe when IV+EFLC is as old as the 3D era, we'll see a big merger mod just like III, VC, and SA has been getting. Well if you don't have modder OCD then you can do it. Moving the vehicles and weapons (models and stats at least) isn't hard. I first ran into problems when trying to add the new sounds to GTA IV. Then there were the APC's cannon,and the Buzzard's rockets, no matter how much I tried I couldn't get those things to work, probably had their own script somewhere. On Topic: i agree we should get the outfits, hats, masks, clothing and everything from Online updates think the mafia outfits from the Valentines Massacre update fits with Michael the fact that he is a movie guy and watches old crime movies ect. and i think the hipster ones fits with Trevor, the way he dresses fits perfectly. But i agree we should get Everything from the updates from online to SP, being Online only its ridiculous. No new clothes have been added to Single Player yet... Why can't we use a few of Lester's abilities when calling him up if you are playing as Franklin, Michael or Trevor? Not all of them but the abilities like... (Lose Wanted Level fast and Cops Turn Blind Eye for a few minutes) I know right, we dont even have the same inventory options as online, the supersanandreas autos, exotics, etc... havenot been updated, etc...its crazy. I'm just also hoping they are getting the next big title prepared. Back a few months ago I was happy JUST to have the Tommy gun in single player, it's a shame you have to wait until the end of the game on PS4 to get it. I personally think GTAOnline is far more fun. It's identical to the single player in almost every way... but you can play with friends and make your own personal character to explore the world in. Also, the fact that my first character, whom I had invested 20 hours into, got deleted and was never restored during the growing pains of Online took the piss out of it for me. I used to think that, but go back to SP for a few months and the difference is vast. GTA V single player is a cappuchino made with full-fat cream, with rich, real chocolate shavings sprinkled on top. I don't get the feeling that V Online is as popular as it was when it first came out. I honestly believe most GTA fans are not engrossed or hyped with it anymore. I know this site just represents a fraction of GTA fans, but it still offers a snapshot of general opinions - everyone here seems to be shouting for SP DLC and other SP stuff. Most people here are not trying to hear about more bullsh*t online 'goodies'. I reckon most GTA fans have this mindset.
