Romero Hearse not spawning anymore? XBONE

I just tried to spawn a Romero Hearse at the church, like I have many times before, but there wasn't any there when I got there. I drove around a few times and nothing. Even tried a different session.

 

Is anyone seeing (not seeing) the same?

I spawned three in succession 2 days ago for various people so I think you just got unlucky. Did you try the alternate spawn at the morgue by the hospital?
