Strange NPC's in GTAO

Just found some naked npc in the city

that on its own is already strange but the guy didnt even seem to die at first to.

picture above: this is the bastard after he atleast took one full magazine of the assautl shotgun and quite some hits and kicks, realy running all right for some old naked f*ck that just got such an amount of fysical abuse.

In the end i got him though

apperantly not even he coud take the full weight of a vapid radius on his ass :)

 

now this happening today reminded me to an other strange NPC i once found at random quite a while ago.

Now, i dont know for sure if my mind is getting overly perverted with times somehow, but is that a man dressed like some kind of beachgirl ?! :O

Seems to me like there are a lot of freaky NPC's out there, are there any more strange ones like those 2 ?

the drag queens have been around a while but i've only seen fully naked guys on SP...maybe modded in seeing as he was so hard to kill?

Ever been in a IV Multiplayer modded lobby? Modders would spawn NPCs everywhere around them and they'd follow the modder around. The modder can also put weapons in their hands and they could attack if the modder opened the menu to give them commands. It was crazy! Edited by Red DEAD

The guy in the first pic looks like he's from the altruist cult wonder how he ended up in the city

 

I've seen way to many "guys" like the one in the last pic outside cockatoos and other clubs or standing outside restrooms like at the park or beach at night
