Whenever I get In a lobby I spawn In my garage and my car Is outside the garage Instead of Inside.

Because if you stop playing, return your car to your garage, simple! But u don't

This is because you didnt return your car before you left a session.

If you are set to spawn in the same garage/apt. that the vehicle resides then it will appear back in the garage. If you are spawning in a location that is not where the car is housed then it will be parked outside. Like others stated. . Return the car to its stable before logging off or set spawn location to match the location of the vehicles respective garage.
