I was in a horseplay with my crew. I called my Sultan, fully modified. My crew member destroyed it. I called Mors mutual and they said that all operators are on hold. I've gotten really mad that i'm unable to retrieve my sultan. Are there any solutions?

Did you put full coverage on your car? If you did then restart the game and try calling Mors mutual again. If you didn't then I am afraid its gone.

This has happened to me.. sadly there is no solution. .the Sultan is gone.

If they say all their operators are on hold that means that you have no cars that you can claim. Did you have insurance on your Sultan? If not you will have to get a new one, but at least you learned an important life lesson out of this.
