At present have plenty of money and good ways to make money. There is nothing I really want to buy except properties which they have not added in awhile or will let me do. No interest in the expensive cars or boats. When they come out with nice high end properties away from LS that is something I would buy or properties that pay income. Basically been bored - log on go thru my routine, make 30-50 k then logoff. Explored just about everywhere on map. Have no problem beating them out of bounty money. My two best cars are Zen and Carbonizzi sports convertible. My most expensive piece of equipment is buzzard which they seemed have made slower and more difficult to fly than what I recall (makes a backwards motion unluss hold right stick forward and seems to fly slower and can no longer outrun cops - email me if there is fix - hacks me off. Why ruin that?

That is why they patch money glitches faster than anything. It affects their actual bottom line.

 

If the heist pays out 500,000 after an hour of team play, that's really no better than current mission cash per minute per person.

 

Whatever the cash payout is, it will be offset by expenses and time.

 

For the community that R* really cares about (shark card consumers) every thing in the game has an actual cash value.

 

If you are a $100 shark card consumer, you spend 0.01$ USD cent for every 800 shark bucks.

 

Blowing up an Adder? that costs you (and potentially earns R*) $0.15 USD.

 

For the $10 card consumers those numbers are 1 cent for 500 shark bucks.

An Adder costs about 25 cents.

 

Tiger Shark consumers pay 30 cents to blow up an Adder.

It was grinding heists after Ill Gotten Gains part one that I bought all the part two clothes, a T20 and the Luxor Deluxe for my first character, then the clothes, an Osiris, and a T20 for my lower ranked character. And got myself up to six million at the moment by grinding heists.

This topic author sounds pathetic. I started playing Online since it originally came out on x360/ps3 and making money was never this easy. Back in the day, we would grind missions and make 150k an hour if we're lucky, or if we're playing with friends and that grinding was EXHAUSTING and very boring. Also, ppl bitch about how hard it is to level up in GTA Online and get better cars. Have you never played a multiplayer game where you had to rank up to unlock better gear?

 

Also, GTA Online was much more interesting back when it judt came out. There was a variety in player cars, guns, etc. Nobody had money to get the coolest sh*t. I remembering seeing a more tuned up sabre, dominator was exciting. Or seeing somebody already rich enough to own a 9F. Those where the times. Now, everyone is using same weapons and everyone is driving same cars. Its boring as sh*t. No diversity at all.

2 weeks ago I had a million $, with 2-3 super cars and a kuruma. I don't really remember what rank I was but it wasn't above 65. Now I have best cars of each class (excluding off-road & suvs), a buzzard, hydra, dinghy, many motorcycles... and I've hit rank 100. Still got $6m in the bank. All with legit money I've earned with 2xRP/$ heists.

 

Of course it took good chunk of farming time. I think it boils down to your expectations with the time/reward value of this game.

Good crew or good players = Can get millions.

 

Randoms- Probably end up in the sky half the time loading, and failing several times which makes you, or someone else quit in frustration. Thus resulting in a waste of time and coming out with a few pennies

 

Sadly I play with randoms, I would be be better off playing solo missions but I don't. I guess I like a challenge..and I think a nicely completed heist is rewarding. and I like then money in bulk.

To the question, I already figured it out after not making any progress on the 2x cash especially the Series A. Was hoping that would be enough to actually finish it before moving to Pacific heist and hoping to finish that, too, in order to unlock all heist in my apartment.
