Do you kill players for no reason online?

Maybe I'm just in the minority, but I don't care for combat, unless it's a mission.

 

I fully agree with this. I much prefer exploration and seeing what I can do with snapmatic than mindless combat with no objective. I shoot photos not guns and I like it that way.

 

IMO Deathmatch is boring, and I would rather invest my time elsewhere.

I do tend to shoot on sight to be honest, but only because that tends to be the only way to guarantee you wont be shot on sight! Me and my friend regularly plan out routes or fun stuff to do online that doesn't involve shooting though which are great fun!

Sorry, but there's no such thing as killing a player "for no reason". There's always a reason, even if it's simply down to a subconscious urge to temporarily increase your dopamine levels.

 

If you're asking if I kill other players without an obvious or apparent reason then yes, when I feel like it I do it. I switch between so many different things in the game that killing takes up only a small fraction of my time online, but I do it. I find that if I only have a few hours online then it gets taken up by more challenging tasks, but if I'm on for longer than that then I tend to start killing. Most weekdays I'm a white blip, but by Saturday evening I'm red and I usually stay that way for the rest of the weekend.

 

I do what I feel like, when I feel like. That's what free roam is for.

Player Killing has been a thing since Open World Online Games (sandbox) came out. If you're given the freedom to kill other players openly, you will always see a PK in that game.

 

I've been a PK in online games for a long time. It's MY fun. Sometimes it's for the money in your pockets, but most of the time it's strictly for the thrill of the kill.

 

Think about it like this.. Los Santos is a vicious city to live in. There are tons of Bank Robbers, Thugs, Drug Dealers, Pimps, LEOs and Murderers that live in this area and/or surrounding areas. If you're not ready to step out of that Candy Land mentality, then you're simply going to get murdered a LOT in this game.

My THREE GTA RULES :

 

1. Never get in a strangers car, especially if its your enemy.

2. Your map is your best friend, use it.

3. Look out for armed players running towards you. plus watch your back.

Yes because its "kill or be killed". I just don't trust no one in free roam that isn't affiliated with me(crew or friends). And if i come into a lobby and a friend/crew member is being attacked, i will step in because most of my friends have my back so i do the same in return. When alone, i keep to myself but when someone that i don't know comes close to me i KOS. I played this game long enough to know how snakey people can be in this game.

No Deathmatch , free roam cause its endless and no one can stop me teehee. I should show my block-list on ps4. Most cause of them being pervs but I'll do this to lots of players and they message for reason, like what I do?

I don't do this, but I despise anyone that does it to me. I'm minding my own business and then a Zentorno starts following me. I get stuck, and this dude creeps up and decides to blow $500 on a single sticky to blow me up while I'm in Passive Mode. I don't chase after him, I just put a bounty on him and hope karma comes around.

You're a chump for killing a passive mode player, because you'd be more likely to end up in a BS lobby.

Back on the PS3 I didn't kill anyone unless they had a bounty or they were being a dick.

Now, ever since I moved to the XBOX ONE I killed anyone I saw unless they were friendly or my crew member/friend.

If I see 2 or more people in an area I'll go pick a fight. If someone is by themselves I don't fck with them. One on one feels too personal and not that fun. I like when I face a crew solo. I don't mind getting my ass kicked. Raises my lethality in the long run.

Nope, only time I kill is when someone is following me adamantly and aggressively on the map. Other than that I barely join public lobbies and only times I do is when I'm bored and want to see some action.
