PS3 17 Player Lobby

Last night I was in an Online lobby on PS3. I opened up the player list and seen this:

Has this always been in the game or what? I thought the cap was 16?

Maybe somebody spectating? If you count the people in the list, there are only 16 listed.

How often do people actually spectate?

 

Shouldn't spectators have their own list or some sh*t? Or just say Public, 16 (1, spectating) would be a good idea

IIRC, 17 means it's the 17th server.

All ones I threw. Some glitch involving Proximity Mines being laid around the map, as well.
