How to get Police Bike Online?

So I was told the police bike is online on the Xbox One Version and PS4 and it is "Just Rare". So where is it and how do you get it?

 

Edit - I GOT ONE! You do need to visit the ammu nation and store on the highway then obtain a wanted star. With some trial and error a single blip appears - The LCPD bike

Well the only people in the game who use the Bike are highway patrolmen... and you know what Highway patrolmen do, don't you?

Can be found when you have 1-3 stars in Blaine County.

Can be commonly seen when the player earns a 1-2 star wanted level at the RON Gas Station in Tatavian Mountains on the Senora Freeway. It will be driving off the service road.

You can find one at the Ammunation and Gas Station along the eastern highway. Roughly ten - eleven in the morning.

You have to play chopper trail and take the police bike that the woman drive. if someone deliver the van for you went the game reload you are going to have the bike. Do sometime to gain a wanted level in the freway and a police bike will spawn. But the mission r* take it out.

Chopper Tail. If you follow the GPS route back to Trevor's house, a police woman will invariably be waiting to give chase at a specific location.

 

Hop on the bike and have someone finish the mission, vote for free mode and there you be.

 

Otherwise, I've only seen the police motorcycle spawn in free roam once in almost 18 months of playing GTAO

This exactly. Go just north of the rest stop and get a wanted level, and 2 choppers will ride toward you. Kill them and jack the bikes. All set.
