iFruit/LSC help

So I made a new social club account, downloaded the iFuit app and when I went to go make a new custom plate, it shows only Franklin unlocked, with Micheal and Trevor's slots locked and my online character not even showing up.

 

I double checked and made sure that my PSN was unlinked from my old social club and was linked with my new one and it all checked out.

 

I started on last gen, I've played from day one. Went from 360 to PS4. Beat story on both consoles. Transferred main character across platforms.

 

Not sure why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is because your data in the cloud is saved to your original RSC account the only way you use a new RSC account to make a new plate is to make a new PSN account and even then you won't be able to put it on your main character.

 

You can Submit a Ticket to :r*:and they will reset your plates one time only
