Easter/ April Fools Update?

It looks like all hope is lost for a Valentines Day Update and if things go according to plan, Heists will be the highlight of now until the end of March. So I'm brainstorming what's next if Rockstar decides to release an update soon after heists. I've always wanted the Clown Van, so I thought maybe making it purchasable as part of an April Fool's Update would be amazing. I believe Rockstar could do something similar with an Easter Update and add various themed weapons and clothes. I emailed my idea to R* but no reply. What do you guys think of my idea and on a side note, do you think R* could add a crossbow?
