List of things the modding community needs to create/improve

Seeing as Rockstar Games are too LAZY to complete work on the game, here are list of things the modding community should work on ASAP.

 

1. Police A.I. needs to be made much more realistic, they are detriment to having any fun in the game. It's impossible to prank NPC's in any way without the police showing up.

2. Pedestrian A.I. needs to be expanded on, they should have multiple different reactions to player actions and have much longer patrol routes, going in and out of random apartments etc.

3. Speed cap needs to be removed from cars and planes.

4. Casino needs to be opened.

5. Fast food restaurants and pubs need to be opened.

6. Unlimited random events need to be put in, so we aren't bored out of our minds when we complete the game.

7. Supermarkets need to be put in the game.

8. Every shop at the strip malls should be opened.

9. Physics need to be tightened up, the cars do not feel individual enough like previous games.

10. Criminals and random speeders need to be put in.

11. Vigilante missions need to be put in.

12. Gangs need to be put in.

13. Some of the open/hill regions of the game should be converted into forest areas.

14. More random buildings need interiors.
