The pedestrians only have two actions. They put thousands of hours, millions of dollars into this game yet they can't find the time to expand on the pedestrians just a little bit? This is outrageous, GTA IV had blood sweat and tears put into it.. GTA V is just half-assed. It's like they achieved 70% of their goals and just said: "Screw it! The gamers will but it anyway!" Don't Dan and Sam Houser want to play the game themselves and feel like they put their all into the game? It's so lame that they couldn't go the extra mile to put these TINY details which would have turned this game into something truly amazing. Rockstar Games have got extremely lazy. Fact. OT: I could never understand how Rockstar set their priorities as developers of the game when it comes to choice of content and quality. I'm constantly amazed what they do. Comment on your car, take selfies, get intimidated, run away, carry on cell phone conversations, call the cops on you, die when you shoot them... that's pretty realistic. The pedestrians are always doing something, and your enemies will always try to use every advantage they have against you to the point where you almost feel like you are playing against more than just a few lines of programming code. In IV the pedestrians just walked around doing f*ck all and hostiles would just sit in cover waiting to get picked off. In V the go around doing all sorts of stuff and feel quite alive, meanwhile hostiles will attempt to flank you or make use of the environment. Objectively speaking, more effort has been put in. Seriously take off the rose-tinted glasses before making claims like these. Perhaps there is an argument that the AI could be better, I'd probably disagree still, but I'd certainly respect the argument, but how you can claim it's worse in V than it is in the older games is laughable. or1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NPC's have lots of different conversations, even commenting on the look of your car. There are even some NPC's you can have interactions with, which aren't in the previous version. Also GTA V had a 5 year development and had a few delays, if it was half assed, we would already have a PC version and the original game would of came out on it's original release date. You don't have a f*cking clue what "Half assed" is, you clearly haven't played some of the titles that came out in 2014. EDIT: I also love how you forget about THE ENTIRE game and hate this game because there wasn't an extra 2 or 3 lines, your argument is in salad.
