@Crysis Yeah, I still do. It's a muscle car by definition alone, jackass, just like the Mustang. Just because the Buisk GSX/Oldsmobile Cutlass is a one-class act doesn't mean multiclassers like the Mustang deserve less merit. Deserves more, in fact. At least it can be in two classes at once.

I'm not saying it doesn't belong in the muscle class, i'm just pointing that out. The GTO started the muscle car craze in 1964. The Mustang did the same thing for the pony car craze the same year (hence why they are called pony cars)

 

Muscle car era is the most debated and highly opinionated era for cars. Some say the Rocket 88 started the muscle era, some will say the GTO. All I know I'm glad it started because it brought us some great cars to enjoy for years and years to come. It sucks it ended in the 70's ( true muscle, not this "new" muscle car era people seem to think is around, sorry guys muscle car era ended in the 70's ) Glad you said Pony cars, yes Mustang was the first Pony car. Another debate can be had about if pony cars can be considered muscle cars ( some will say yes, others like me will say no ) All I know I'm thankful for this era, it was the best era for cars.

Well, they were called pony cars because they were smaller and lighter than the big boy muscle cars being built at the time. Fast forward 40 years and they've grown in size and weight, to be some of the largest and heaviest cars those companies now build. They definitely don't seem like little ponies anymore. More like Clydesdales. lol

It's more than you think, long hood short deck with an open grill, also had to be affordable.

It's been about 24 hours since my last vote so i'm voting again. Same as last time. To whoever said the dukes reminds them of a redneck/hillbilly car, yeah that's why i like it. If you were a kid growing up in the 1980s, the General Lee was probably one of your favorite cars on TV. The dukes was a major factor in my decision to upgrade to xbox one.

No surprise that the Sabre, and Phoenix are the top vote getters so far. I base my vote on looks, customization options, sound, and how fun that car is to drive. To me the Phoenix, and Sabre are the best as far as Muscle Class go. The Gauntlet, Stallion, and even the Slamvan are the worst, and most boring to drive. In my opinion.

Only reason I vote Mustang is because it has sentimental value. Mustang's the first toy car I got, Mustang's the only Hot Wheels collection I have that isn't less than 5 cars or just recolors of the same car, Mustang's also the most used car for me, starting from my old PSN account, up to this account.

 

Hell, if you look at my car choices over the years, it's always been Mustang until 2011, when I switched to Audi R8 and other Audi vehicles. It's not like I had I choice in NFS The Run anyway.

 

Honestly, I might be Obey CEO, but my first garage only holds one Obey vehicle. You know which one it is already.

If the Voodoo at least more mod options (and maybe a clean alternative) then it would be more popular (it deserves respect, but is simply outclassed in this game).

I like what the vigero is based off of but just dont like it in gta. The front end and the mirrors dont look right to me.
