anyone else tired of waiting for heist?

I honestly have no respect for Rockstar. None. My respect for Ubisoft or EA actually surpasses that of Rockstar.

It has been...wait for it....1 year and 5 months....since the game was released. And NO updates in a timely fashion.

Wow, isn't it weird how all the biggest AAA devs seem to exude a lot of scumbaggery now.

Rockstar's rap sheet:

- Releasing the game making no mention of PC version and other versions, milking whatever sales they could from 7th gen consoles

- Re-releasing as on 8th gen consoles as a new money grab, offering NO CREDIT to previous buyers and effectively charging $60 for some retextures, animals, and first person mode

- Delaying the PC version behind the November release of the Peasantstation4 and sh*tbox1...

- Delaying the PC release FURTHER another 2 months until late March.

- Charging PC gamers FULL-PRICE for a game that is effectively 1.5 years old at this point. And offering NO CONSOLATION other than "pre-order and get a dated, old, free Rockstar game that regularly goes on Steam sale for $4.99"

If I preorder GTAV from Rockstar I can get Max Payne 2 for free? Are you cereal? That's your incentive? I can get f*cking Max Payne for under $2 on Steam.

I love video games and the technical artistry behind them, but sometimes the community and worldspace surrounding them really grinds my gears.

- sh*tty, scumbag, developers like Cockstar.

- Game journalist sites like Polygon, Kotaku, and RockPaperShotgun reporting the sh*ttiest of the sh*ttiest game news known to mankind

- Endless fanboys and console wars

Why can't we all live in harmony.

It bothered me a little at first because I expected it to come out when the game came out. When I realised it wasn't there I just gave up on it, now my hopes aren't really that high any more so when it finally does arrive,I'm not going to be disappointed.

sorry r* doesn't cater to gamers stuck in 1990's it's time to move on old guy, get a console Hun. And would you rather r* release heists early and have them suck? Or wait and get all the new features, clothes, weapons, and vehicles etc etc?

Stop whining, and go back into the IWC hole,

All those who compromise will continue to compromise until they receive neither a quality nor timely product. When you pay money in exchange for a product and future additions to said product its no longer a game of Perpetual Promise its now a Bounded Certainty, this contract was broken three months after GTA Online officially stabilized enough for playing as far as I'm concerned and it would have been sooner if I didn't compromise, the first time.

Since then, my philosophy has been, "I wish I cared", and that's carried over into my GTA Online experience as a whole. I play it because it's the only product of its type on the market, it's like some of TTWO's other flagship titles really, no competition, which is bad.

Well i dont care to be honest. I know im contradictiing myself when i say that but I seriously dont care. Whats the point of even worrying about Heist anyway. Its gonna get old so damn quick. It'll be just like some regular ass dlc and then people will bitch about something else again obviously once they get old. *

You know what I'm tired of, jack? Self entitled little sh*ts who can't wait for goddamn digital content. How about you go to your local bank if you want to heist so f*cking bad. Oh you want everything right f*cking now, then complain your f*cking brains out when it doesn't work. How did you c*nts survive the NES-PSX eras?

Don't be unfair, call the guys in the suits names. The developers already complain too much about Rockstar's mannerisms.

Rockstar Games are great... I'm willing to wait to get the best Heist System for Online... and if I have to wait until summer :D

I'm not even mad heists aren't out yet, whenever i've become bored of the game a new dlc comes out sooner or later once I stop playing it. 508 days since GTA Online came out without heists, yeah it kinda sucks...but I'm not even hyped for it anymore. I'm sure once the day comes I'll be sh*tting myself with how cool it will be like a kid on christmas.

Misunderstood

Honestly, we've waited well over a year for these damn things to come out. I'm sure once an official date comes out, people will be even more hyped up for it and once it's released, it won't reach any of our expectations and will find 1000 threads complaining about it (which is justified if it truly does suck). But yeah, I gave up on Online and lost interest in the heists a long time ago. Might jump on with a couple of friends to try it sometimes but you won't see me worried about it.

Agreed at some of your points, but Ubisoft, EA?

Their games are extremely bad sold, bad critics, bad reception by any reviwers etc.

Watch Dogs, don't make me laugh

Assassin's Creed Unity Flag, don't make me laugh

Crysis EA? Don't make me laugh

Medal of Honor EA, don't make me laugh

NFS EA? don't make me laugh (last good reputation to the nfs franchise was given to NFS Underground 2 2004)

Driver franchise? don't make me laugh

Only Battlefield, does good.

R* releases a game every 4 years but they got all good reputation and that's sad.

If I had respect for someone it would have been Capcom, rather than those sh*t other two :r*:
