Btw, I tried to set the Mercedes colour Northern Lights Violet as my crew colour and it ain't supported. I fear some of the colours on my list might not work!

I had the same problem go to http://imagecolorpicker.com/copy image then add it then click on the image to get the hex and rgb

this the pic i found when I searched color for you is this it?

It does support it, its just pink-ish in game.What is this magic? (It tells me that it isn't supported when I do it)

My bad, if you put in the Hex code on SC the Hex changes to another color. It changes to some pink-ish violet color. Its the closest to the color on th CLA i think. You cant get the exact same color of the CLA in game, since the color changes in rl when the sun shines on it.

Anyone else really rating the whole not putting the racing chassis on a sultan to avoid the white logo? I'll post a picture in a minute when I get online

Yeah I had to remove my Roll cage because Cockstar decided to make the "Sultan RS" letters white.

 

 

Ironically it makes it more unique purely because of how many people go straight to that mod option

Believe it or not, Wine Red with a Harbor Blue pearlescent looks dead-on like that purplish color.

I find that Gasoline Green with a Lime Green or Race Yellow pearl looks great on it, and wangan master for the rims.

Hey CoolStoryBroseph, I finally got around to doing up a Phoniex. Midnight Purple/Frost white pearl. Stock hood, small bumper lip, side skirts, stock exhaust, spoiler delete, Venum wheels from Sports.

 

 

 

Like it soo much I kept it. I guess two Phoniex is better than one.

Dash VIP wheels, Graphite/Frost white pearl paint, matching secondary color. Smallest spoiler.

So I realize it's not hear yet and obviously I don't have one. But I'm planning on getting a Casco and am already thinking ahead to how I'm going to paint it.

 

I usually like to paint my cars in colors that are representative of the IRL cars that inspired the GTA cars. The Casco looks like it is based on e Maserati 3500 GT.

 

 

I did a Google image search for Maserati 3500 GT colors, and naturally there was a fair amount of bright red ones. That's always a possibility. But it's also a bit of a cliche, and I already have a red Stinger GT that the Casco will be parked next to.

 

Here's a deep medium blue that might look nice:

 

Silver is also nice:

 

Perhaps a darker red:

 

Thoughts/comments/opinions?

So I realize it's not hear yet and obviously I don't have one. But I'm planning on getting a Casco and am already thinking ahead to how I'm going to paint it.

 

I usually like to paint my cars in colors that are representative of the IRL cars that inspired the GTA cars. The Casco looks like it is based on e Maserati 3500 GT.

 

 

I did a Google image search for Maserati 3500 GT colors, and naturally there was a fair amount of bright red ones. That's always a possibility. But it's also a bit of a cliche, and I already have a red Stinger GT that the Casco will be parked next to.

I'd go with the red. It suits the car really well in my opinion.

I also do the same. I've already ruled out the silver, not a big fan with the chrome accents. The dark red looks nice, but not as good as the blue or the bright red. Personally, I'm going with the blue. Edited March 9, 2015 by Lilscotton
